First, the competitive pressure is increasing. With the current employment pressure, there are only a handful of undergraduates, and their self-competition is getting bigger and bigger, and college students are also in a period of great confusion about their future direction. There is no place to vent feelings and self-doubt and uncertainty, so the mind slowly closes and becomes depressed. Competitive pressure makes us constantly ask ourselves to be better, but the harder we work, the less opportunities and achievements we may have. The greater the hope, the greater the disappointment, which leads to more gloomy psychology.
Second, unwilling to communicate. In fact, college life is not as carefree and carefree as we thought. We must do what we have to do. We are increasingly alienated from others and focus on mobile phones instead of interpersonal communication. It is normal to bury your head in your mobile phone and turn off the lights in the dormitory. No one talks or chats with ourselves, which makes us even more depressed.
The third is that we are getting more and more lonely and used to loneliness. Since my college life, I like going to the library and running alone. Sometimes I enjoy it, but sometimes many things need to be consumed and faced by myself, and even more often I can't face failure. When we are sad, no one understands and we are not understood, so we are in a bad mood and are more prone to depression.
No one is an island, but the university is a small society, and we have to face many things when we grow up. Self-regulation is an important thing that we should study during college.
