Transfer: household registration transfer certificate (or guardian transfer certificate);

Borrowing: Student guardians go abroad on business, engage in field or mobile work, and support border guards, active servicemen (including armed police) and parents to invest or work in the local area.

Handler:

1. Students (or guardians) bring relevant supporting materials and submit a written application to the transfer school;

2. After transferring to the school for examination and approval, issue a Certificate of Agreeing to Accept Transfer (or Borrowing) and report it to the local education administrative department for examination, signature and seal;

3. The student (or guardian) submits the application form to the transfer school, and presents the certificate that the transfer school agrees to accept the transfer (or borrow) and relevant certification materials;

4. If the school is transferred out for examination and approval, a certificate of transfer (or borrowing) shall be issued and reported to the local education administrative department;

5. The education administrative department of the transfer place shall sign an opinion and seal it after examination and approval;

6. Students go to the school to go through the transfer formalities with the Certificate of Transfer (Borrowing).
