1. Log in to the student online service system.

2. Students who renew their loans click "Loan Application" to pop up the SMS verification interface. Click "OK" after verification to enter the loan renewal application interface.

3. After filling in the basic loan information, click Next to enter the * * * information interface with the borrower.

4. After filling in the borrower information, click "Next" to confirm the loan information.

After confirming that the loan information is correct, click Next to submit the loan materials, and the system will automatically display "Loan application information saved successfully" and prompt you to choose the loan signing method. You must select Online Signing.

5. Select "Online Signing", the system will display the interface of remote acceptance agreement, agree to the remote acceptance agreement, enter the contract preview interface, and click "OK" to enter the interface of identity authentication and authorization.

When the system pops up the "Authentication Authorization" window, it will automatically generate the QR code required for loan application Alipay authentication, and students need to use the mobile phone Alipay APP to scan the QR code.

6. After the scanning is completed, the system will automatically jump to the "Special Channel for Authenticating the Real Person for the Renewal of Student Loans of China Development Bank", and students need to follow the prompt process for authentication and authorization.

After the mobile phone Alipay client completes the identity authentication, it returns to the online system of the original student and clicks the "I have completed the identity authentication, click Query" button to complete the identity authentication.

7. Return to my loan after submitting the remote loan application, check whether the status of the loan application card has been refreshed to submit the remote loan application, and wait patiently for the teacher's approval and acceptance.
