Except for the sixth grade, there is no final exam in all grades of primary and junior high schools.

Off-campus training institutions determined through evaluation
Classes can be resumed offline after July 10.
From now on, compliant off-campus training institutions can apply to the education administrative department of the district where the school is located for offline resumption of classes on the basis of self-examination and self-evaluation. With the approval of the district epidemic prevention and control headquarters, the official offline classes are allowed to resume classes no earlier than July 10.
Wuhan will strictly supervise off-campus training institutions that have been allowed to resume classes offline. Once problems are found, they will be ordered to rectify immediately, and offline training activities will be stopped during the rectification period. After the rectification is completed, classes can be resumed only after re-evaluation according to the prescribed procedures.
Those who pass the examination and resume classes offline without authorization shall be ordered to stop enrolling students according to law until their school license is revoked. Causing serious consequences, according to the relevant provisions of the prevention and control of epidemic situation in COVID-19 shall be investigated for responsibility.
Wuhan will also implement the system of "daily report" and "zero report". The education administrative departments of all districts submit the epidemic prevention and control of off-campus training institutions in this district to the Municipal Education Bureau every day, and the Municipal Education Bureau will regularly publicize the list of off-campus training institutions that have passed the inspection in each district.
Off-campus training institutions can apply for offline classes according to the process.
According to the spirit of the notice issued by the provincial and municipal epidemic prevention and control headquarters, compliant off-campus training institutions can resume offline training in an orderly manner. Specifically for Wuhan, it refers to the education and training institutions (including record teaching points) that have been approved and managed by the education administrative departments of various districts, obtained the license for running private schools, and carried out non-academic training for primary and secondary school students.
Pre-school children's training institutions approved and managed by the education departments of all districts are not included in the offline resumption of classes before the start of school in Wuhan kindergartens.
Compliance adult training institutions approved and managed by the education departments of all districts may refer to the relevant requirements of off-campus training institutions and resume classes offline;
Training institutions that have not obtained a school license should first obtain a school license from the local administrative examination and approval bureau, and then apply for offline classes according to procedures.
In accordance with the workflow of "self-examination, self-assessment, written application, assessment and public commitment", off-campus training institutions will resume classes in an orderly manner.
How to apply
I. Self-examination and self-assessment
First, the institution will carefully prepare in accordance with Article 1 1 of Wuhan Off-campus Training Institutions' Standards for Off-campus Resumption and Article 30 of Wuhan Off-campus Training Institutions' Guidelines for Off-campus Resumption, conduct self-examination and self-assessment item by item, implement various prevention and control requirements, and improve various systems.
Second, the written application
On the basis of self-examination and self-assessment, the institution shall submit a written application and related materials to the district and county education administrative department where the school is located.
Three. Assess and determine
The epidemic prevention and control headquarters of each district shall, according to the application of training institutions provided by the administrative department of education, organize the departments of education, health, market supervision, public security, emergency management, streets and other departments to carry out evaluation and identification. For the training institutions that fail to meet the offline resumption standards, the headquarters will put forward rectification opinions, and the training institutions will re-apply after completing rectification as required, and resume classes after passing the examination.
Fourth, publicize commitments.
The training institutions that have passed the evaluation shall be uniformly announced by the education departments of all districts in official website, and the training institutions shall also publicize the commitment letter of epidemic prevention and control responsibility in a prominent position in the school buildings.
Off-campus training institutions adhere to the principle of voluntary participation of students, and institutions shall not force or falsely publicize or induce students to participate in off-campus training.
What should I pay attention to? 1. Students should keep masks and carry them with them.
At the meeting, according to the latest edition of "Technical Plan for Prevention and Control of COVID-19 Epidemic in Primary and Secondary Schools and Kindergartens" issued by National Health Commission and the Ministry of Education on May 7, students should wear masks that meet the standard of disposable medical masks or the same protection level, and students in low-risk areas do not need to wear masks.
At present, Wuhan is a low-risk area. Students should always keep and carry masks with them after classes are resumed. When students take public transport on their way to and from school, they should always wear masks when they meet people or have close contact with others (less than or equal to 1 m). After entering the campus, you can maintain a safe social distance and a well-ventilated environment without wearing a mask.
Students who have fever, stuffy nose, runny nose, cough and other symptoms during their study at school should take out their masks and wear them. The school will inform parents to seek medical treatment in time according to the relevant prevention and control requirements. Wash your hands before wearing a mask, and avoid touching the inside of the mask during wearing to reduce the possibility of the mask being contaminated. After wearing it, gently press the nose and cheeks to make the mask soft and narrow the gap.
2. Students should adhere to the "two points and one line" between family and school.
How do students do personal protection? At the meeting, students should consciously develop good habits of wearing masks, washing hands frequently and ventilation frequently. When sneezing or coughing, cover your mouth and nose with paper towels or elbow clothes.
Consciously keep a safe social distance and reduce crowd gathering. On the way to and from school, we should adhere to the principle of "two points and one line" between home and school, and avoid unnecessary outdoor activities. It is best to go to and from school on foot, by bike and by private car. If you must take public transportation, always wear a mask, and try to reduce contact with public goods and people, and try not to face each other at close range.
When you enter school, you consciously take a temperature test. If the temperature is normal, you can enter the school. Clean up and wash your hands, and then you can enter the classroom. During recess activities, consciously do not string classes or talk at close range. After coming home from school, arrange your own schedule, pay attention to nutrition and keep a reasonable sleep.
3. The classroom should be opened at least three times a day for more than 30 minutes each time.
