The latest news of Wuhan's resumption time in 2020
The time for classes to resume in Wuhan has come out, and many schools have notified classes to resume in July. This is a very good thing, which shows that the situation in Wuhan has improved. Let's take a look at the specific resumption time.

Time to resume classes: July in senior high school 10, August in junior high school 10.

The autumn semester starts as usual, and the arrangement for resuming classes in Wuhan is released.

Non-graduation grades of senior high school (including secondary vocational schools and technical schools): classes will resume on July 10, and summer vacation will be held on July 3 1.

The second day of the first grade: online teaching ends on July 5, and teachers and students have a holiday; Back to school on August 10, ending on August 30th.

Primary school and kindergarten: summer vacation begins on July 5.

In principle, non-graduate students in colleges and universities will not be arranged to return to school this semester. If they really have special needs, they can return to school upon their own voluntary application and with the consent of the school. In the autumn semester of 2020, schools, colleges and kindergartens in the city will start as usual.

Except for the sixth grade, there is no final exam in all grades of primary and junior high schools.

The online teaching of primary and junior high schools in the city ended on July 5, and all grades used the comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the students of this semester and this school year.

The sixth grade of primary school organized an online graduation exam on June 30; No final exams will be arranged for other grades this semester, and teaching tests will be organized after the start of next semester.

For subjects other than Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages, physics, ethics and the rule of law, before the end of the semester, the school will give lectures on special topics, concentrate on explaining key contents, and guide students to read and study independently. Wuhan Academy of Educational Sciences will give guidance.

In case of extreme hot weather, the arrangement for class resumption will be adjusted in time.

At present, the third grade and graduation grade in Wuhan have started on May 6th and 20th respectively. In order to implement the requirements of differentiated, staggered and batch start, after the college entrance examination, that is, July 10, two non-graduation grades of senior high schools (including secondary vocational schools and technical schools) will resume their studies until July 3 1 day; Two non-graduation grades in junior high school, plan to return to school in August.

At the meeting, it was announced that August 10 arranged for Grade One and Grade Two to return to school, which did not affect the teaching of Grade Three and the preparation for the senior high school entrance examination, but also realized the effective docking with the autumn semester and ensured a good education and teaching order. In addition, Wuhan is now in the rainy season, which is the hottest period of the year. According to the weather characteristics in Wuhan, it is getting colder after beginning of autumn, so it is more appropriate to arrange for students of Grade One and Grade Two to resume classes in August 10.

In order to prevent high-temperature weather after the resumption of classes, the Municipal Education Bureau has made a work plan: First, in case of extreme high-temperature weather, the arrangement for resuming classes will be adjusted in time to appropriately shorten the daily teaching time; The second is to prepare for heatstroke prevention and cooling in school teaching venues, such as installing air conditioners and sorting out ice cubes.

Off-campus training institutions determined through evaluation

Classes can be resumed offline after July 10.

From now on, compliant off-campus training institutions can apply to the education administrative department of the district where the school is located for offline resumption of classes on the basis of self-examination and self-evaluation. With the approval of the district epidemic prevention and control headquarters, the official offline classes are allowed to resume classes no earlier than July 10.

Wuhan will strictly supervise off-campus training institutions that have been allowed to resume classes offline. Once problems are found, they will be ordered to rectify immediately, and offline training activities will be stopped during the rectification period. After the rectification is completed, classes can be resumed only after re-evaluation according to the prescribed procedures.

Those who pass the examination and resume classes offline without authorization shall be ordered to stop enrolling students according to law until their school license is revoked. Causing serious consequences, according to the relevant provisions of the prevention and control of epidemic situation in COVID-19 shall be investigated for responsibility.

Wuhan will also implement the system of "daily report" and "zero report". The education administrative departments of all districts submit the epidemic prevention and control of off-campus training institutions in this district to the Municipal Education Bureau every day, and the Municipal Education Bureau will regularly publicize the list of off-campus training institutions that have passed the inspection in each district.

Off-campus training institutions can apply for offline classes according to the process.

According to the spirit of the notice issued by the provincial and municipal epidemic prevention and control headquarters, compliant off-campus training institutions can resume offline training in an orderly manner. Specifically for Wuhan, it refers to the education and training institutions (including record teaching points) that have been approved and managed by the education administrative departments of various districts, obtained the license for running private schools, and carried out non-academic training for primary and secondary school students.

Pre-school children's training institutions approved and managed by the education departments of all districts are not included in the offline resumption of classes before the start of school in Wuhan kindergartens.

Compliance adult training institutions approved and managed by the education departments of all districts may refer to the relevant requirements of off-campus training institutions and resume classes offline;

Training institutions that have not obtained a school license should first obtain a school license from the local administrative examination and approval bureau, and then apply for offline classes according to procedures.

In accordance with the workflow of "self-examination, self-assessment, written application, assessment and public commitment", off-campus training institutions will resume classes in an orderly manner.

How to apply

I. Self-examination and self-assessment

First, the institution will carefully prepare in accordance with Article 1 1 of Wuhan Off-campus Training Institutions' Standards for Off-campus Resumption and Article 30 of Wuhan Off-campus Training Institutions' Guidelines for Off-campus Resumption, conduct self-examination and self-assessment item by item, implement various prevention and control requirements, and improve various systems.

Second, the written application

On the basis of self-examination and self-assessment, the institution shall submit a written application and related materials to the district and county education administrative department where the school is located.

Three. Assess and determine

The epidemic prevention and control headquarters of each district shall, according to the application of training institutions provided by the administrative department of education, organize the departments of education, health, market supervision, public security, emergency management, streets and other departments to carry out evaluation and identification. For the training institutions that fail to meet the offline resumption standards, the headquarters will put forward rectification opinions, and the training institutions will re-apply after completing rectification as required, and resume classes after passing the examination.

Fourth, publicize commitments.

The training institutions that have passed the evaluation shall be uniformly announced by the education departments of all districts in official website, and the training institutions shall also publicize the commitment letter of epidemic prevention and control responsibility in a prominent position in the school buildings.

Off-campus training institutions adhere to the principle of voluntary participation of students, and institutions shall not force or falsely publicize or induce students to participate in off-campus training.

What should I pay attention to? 1. Students should keep masks and carry them with them.

At the meeting, according to the latest edition of "Technical Plan for Prevention and Control of COVID-19 Epidemic in Primary and Secondary Schools and Kindergartens" issued by National Health Commission and the Ministry of Education on May 7, students should wear masks that meet the standard of disposable medical masks or the same protection level, and students in low-risk areas do not need to wear masks.

At present, Wuhan is a low-risk area. Students should always keep and carry masks with them after classes are resumed. When students take public transport on their way to and from school, they should always wear masks when they meet people or have close contact with others (less than or equal to 1 m). After entering the campus, you can maintain a safe social distance and a well-ventilated environment without wearing a mask.

Students who have fever, stuffy nose, runny nose, cough and other symptoms during their study at school should take out their masks and wear them. The school will inform parents to seek medical treatment in time according to the relevant prevention and control requirements. Wash your hands before wearing a mask, and avoid touching the inside of the mask during wearing to reduce the possibility of the mask being contaminated. After wearing it, gently press the nose and cheeks to make the mask soft and narrow the gap.

2. Students should adhere to the "two points and one line" between family and school.

How do students do personal protection? At the meeting, students should consciously develop good habits of wearing masks, washing hands frequently and ventilation frequently. When sneezing or coughing, cover your mouth and nose with paper towels or elbow clothes.

Consciously keep a safe social distance and reduce crowd gathering. On the way to and from school, we should adhere to the principle of "two points and one line" between home and school, and avoid unnecessary outdoor activities. It is best to go to and from school on foot, by bike and by private car. If you must take public transportation, always wear a mask, and try to reduce contact with public goods and people, and try not to face each other at close range.

When you enter school, you consciously take a temperature test. If the temperature is normal, you can enter the school. Clean up and wash your hands, and then you can enter the classroom. During recess activities, consciously do not string classes or talk at close range. After coming home from school, arrange your own schedule, pay attention to nutrition and keep a reasonable sleep.

3. The classroom should be opened at least three times a day for more than 30 minutes each time.

It was introduced at the meeting that before the air conditioner is used, the school should clean and disinfect the air conditioner filter and air conditioner body in time according to the requirements of the specification. The concentration of available chlorine in the filter screen of air conditioner is 250 mg/L ~ 500 mg/L..

Soak in chlorine-containing disinfectant for 30 minutes, then rinse with clean water and dry.

When using air conditioning, it is necessary to ensure the normal operation of the fresh air system and the independent ventilation of each room and classroom. At the same time, in the process of use, we should also maintain natural ventilation, and open the window at least three times a day for more than 30 minutes each time.

4, the school should be "one person, one use and one disinfection" for meals (drinks).

At the meeting, it was suggested that schools should strengthen the cleaning and disinfection of tableware, and reusable tableware should be "one person, one use and one disinfection". Students can bring their own tableware, and disposable tableware can be used if conditions permit.

When eating, students are advised to eat at the wrong peak and bring their own tableware. By controlling the number of people eating, reducing the placement of tables and chairs, and arranging meals at different tables, schools can keep a reasonable distance from eating and avoid crowd gathering.

5. Schools should check the management of boarders in the morning, middle and evening.

At the meeting, the scientific arrangement of school accommodation was introduced:

First, boarders should obey the management arranged by the school, cooperate with the morning, middle and evening examinations, take the initiative to measure their body temperature when entering the dormitory building, do not visit the house, do not stay with outsiders, and even go to bed in a "foot-to-foot" way.

Second, students should do a good job in personal hygiene management, and wash their hands before meals, after defecation, after touching garbage, after going out and returning, after using public goods such as sports equipment and computers, before touching "susceptible" parts such as eyes, and after touching suspicious pollutants; Observe cough etiquette, monitor body temperature every day, report to the school if you feel feverish or uncomfortable, and don't insist on attending class with illness.

The third is to keep the dormitory environment clean, and students actively cooperate with the school to disinfect the environmental surface. The dormitory should be ventilated not less than 3 times a day for not less than 30 minutes each time. If air conditioning is needed, it should be thoroughly cleaned in school before use. Masks and paper towels should be placed in a covered trash can and discarded in time.

Fourth, students should try not to stay out of it. If you have to leave school, you must strictly fulfill the formalities of asking for leave, inform your parents, plan the travel route and mode, and do a good job in personal protection and hand hygiene during the trip.
