I thought about the reason a long time ago, but my understanding of this difficult problem is too shallow, not deep enough and not insightful enough. Now a junior, I went to a new media internship for a month this winter vacation. After this internship, I think I have a deeper thinking about the reasons why college students are difficult to work.
First, the difficulty of college students' work is related to their learning style and lifestyle in college. Universities educate people, and universities are comfortable. University is where I take care of myself. If I fall down and don't work hard, no one will take care of me. It is almost a pipe dream to expect teachers and parents to take care of you. University study depends entirely on self-study, high school is forced by teachers, and universities are neglected, which leads to more college students indulging themselves too much and not studying. When I went to look for a job after graduation, I found myself learning nothing and knowing nothing for four years. It must be hard to work like this. In that unit, the company would rather have someone who knows nothing but teaches everything. Now the company needs people who can work directly and invent profits.
Second, what is taught in the university classroom is some theoretical knowledge. College graduates lack practical skills and practical ability, and theory cannot be combined with practice, which leads to the failure to reach the threshold of recruiting companies. Take my major as an example. The study of the past is a major with strong operability and practicality. However, in universities, our majors basically offer some theoretical courses, such as communication, introduction to old history, history of old history at home and abroad, and so on. The theoretical knowledge learned in class will be forgotten after a long time because there are not many practical opportunities, and nothing will be learned when needed. Even a complicated lead, the most complicated 5W, is unclear. So when I went to work, I was also in a state of catching shrimp, and the second monk was puzzled. Theory and practice are completely incompatible.
Third, the work outlook of college graduates. More and more college students feel that they are college students, and it is not glamorous to do that kind of grassroots, dirty and trivial career, which is not worthy of their college identity. It's a bit vulgar. In fact, there are more opportunities for work, mainly depending on your own mentality. College graduates are just depressed and high-spirited. What does it matter if they suffer a little and are a little tired? That successful man didn't start at the bottom. For example, Ma Yun was a teacher before he founded Alibaba. So don't be afraid of hardship and tiredness. It is not so difficult to find a job if you have a good work concept.
There were 7.65 million college graduates in 20 16 and 7.95 million college graduates in 20 17, and this number is increasing every year. Therefore, the work of college students is a serious problem, and the government, government and society have made more efforts to understand and solve this problem. In recent years, the government has strongly supported and encouraged college students to start businesses from time to time.
Both the government and society are working hard. As college students and parties, how can we not work hard? Establish a good and correct work concept, actively integrate into society, adapt to social changes, let me better integrate into society and learn more professional skills and knowledge in my spare time.
