Huang Wei, male, Han nationality,196/kloc-0 was born in Tongzhou, Jiangsu province in April,/kloc-0 joined the party in July, 1982, and/kloc-0 joined the work in June, 1977. He graduated from the Department of Transportation Engineering of Southeast University with a master's degree and a doctor's degree in engineering, and is an academician of China Academy of Engineering. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Party Committee and executive vice chairman of the autonomous region.
