Graduated from a regular university with a bachelor's degree.

The grade point is not less than 3.0, especially in the professional courses of junior and senior.

TOEFL score is not less than 92, IELTS score is not less than 7.0, and there is no single performance requirement.

The University of Washington offers an ESL course called "Academic English Project". If the language scores fail to meet the above requirements, students can still apply, but they must attend AEP courses in the first semester. Students must complete AEP courses before continuing their postgraduate studies.
