College of Computer Science and Technology was established in June, 2006 at 5438+ 10 by computer science and technology department, computer basic teaching department, computer basic teaching experiment center and Tianjin University -IBM computer new technology center. It is the computer-related talent training base and scientific research base of our school. Computer Science of Tianjin University was founded in 1950s, and the Department of Computer Science and Engineering was founded in 1983. It has gone through more than half a century and trained tens of thousands of outstanding talents in the field of computer science for our country. It is one of the earliest units engaged in teaching and scientific research in the field of computer science in China.
