Taiwan Province University of Food Science and Technology
There are too many universities specializing in food in Taiwan Province Province, and I may not be able to tell them all. Many of them are restructured from agricultural chemistry departments and the like.

Food-related departments in Taiwan Province Province can be divided into three categories.

1. food science research: this kind of department takes research as the main direction, and the related disciplines will focus on chemistry, biochemistry and microbiology. There will also be some basic food disciplines, but there are not many credits for nutrition allocation, which belongs to factory and research orientation.

Speaking of this kind of ranking, I recommend Ocean University, Chiayi University, Zhongxing University and Taiwan Province Provincial University.

Needless to say, NTU is the top university in Taiwan Province Province.

The Agricultural Academy has always been ZTE's strong point.

Chiayi University and Haida University have always made good comments in this respect.

2. Nutrition deployment orientation: This is usually located in the food-related department of medical college. All departments of medical college are designed for the needs of hospitals. Most nutritionists in China, especially those in hospitals, come from this system. Courses will focus on nutrition, biology, chemistry and so on.

Nutrition and Catering Group 3, Department of Human Development and Family, Taiwan Province Normal University

Department of Food Nutrition, School of Economic Management and Health

Fu Ying University of Science and Technology Department of Health Care and Nutrition

This classification is recommended by Taipei Medical University. Sun Yat-sen University of Medical Sciences > Taiwan Province Normal University, the other two are not recommended at all.

3. Both: Combining the above two departments, the main compulsory course is * * *, but after sophomore year, the elective courses and tutors will be divided into food science group and nutrition group, especially the distinction between graduate students and above is more obvious. People in such departments can also take the dietitian exam.
