Note: World-class athletes must meet the above performance standards in official international competitions, national games and national city games held at home and abroad; Athletes, in addition to the above competitions, include national competitions organized by the Track and Field Management Center of the State Sports General Administration and the China Athletics Association, as well as national competitions co-sponsored and co-organized by the General Administration, the Track and Field Center and the China Athletics Association, in which technical representatives, technical officials and referees are selected by the Track and Field Center to participate, such as the National University Games and the National University Athletics Championships. First-class athletes, provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities) and above official competitions, at least 2 national referees; Second-class athletes, with at least 1 national referees in official competitions at prefecture (city) level and above; Third-level athletes must have at least two first-level referees for official competitions at or above the prefecture (city) level.
