Libraries pay attention to the construction of professional teams, actively carry out scientific research and improve the quality of employees. In recent years, a number of undergraduate students majoring in computer science have been selected and retained. Many employees have obtained junior college, undergraduate and postgraduate degrees through self-examination, correspondence, TV University and postgraduate classes, which has significantly improved the overall quality of professional teams. There are 73 librarians in the library, including full-time and associate senior titles 14, and 85% of them have college education or above, and their majors involve library and information, Chinese language and literature, computer, foreign languages, mathematics, chemistry, management, archives and secretarial work. The professional title structure, academic background structure and professional structure of librarians meet the quality requirements of university librarians.
