Nanjing University student rental subsidy policy 2023 is as follows:

1, housing rental subsidies must meet the following basic conditions:

(1) Apply for effective subsidy within 2 years after graduation;

(2) All kinds of enterprises or state organs, institutions, private non-enterprise units, social organizations and other employers who pay taxes in our city are employed, establish labor relations with them and sign labor contracts 1 year and above; Or start their own businesses (except part-time business) in Ning, register and establish enterprises, private non-enterprise units, social organizations and individual industrial and commercial households according to law and serve as legal representatives or principal responsible persons;

(3) Participate in the endowment insurance for enterprise employees in our city according to law (except flexible employees), or participate in the endowment insurance for enterprise employees in Jiangsu Social Insurance Fund Management Center and participate in the unemployment insurance in our city;

(4) If there are difficulties in household registration in this city, or if there is no self-owned house without household registration in this city, rent a house in this city and pay the rent.

2, according to the relevant provisions should have other conditions:

(1) When renting a house, you should sign a house lease contract with the property owner or the house business unit, pay the rent, and issue an ordinary invoice for value-added tax (hereinafter referred to as the rent invoice) according to the regulations, indicating the reasons for renting the house, the monthly rent amount, the rent payment period and other terms;

(2) Graduates from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan should obtain employment permits in Nanjing;

(3) Do not repeatedly enjoy housing rental subsidies and other talent housing policies and housing security policies in this city.

Fifty-fourth "People's Republic of China (PRC) City Real Estate Management Law"

For housing lease, the lessor and the lessee shall sign a written lease contract, stipulating the lease term, lease purpose, lease price, repair responsibility and other rights and obligations of both parties, and register with the real estate management department for the record.

Article 55

The lease of residential houses shall be carried out in accordance with the lease policy stipulated by the state and the people's government of the city where the house is located. If the leased house is engaged in production and business activities, the rent and other lease terms shall be agreed by both parties.

Article 56

If a house owner rents out a house built on state-owned land that has obtained the right to use by way of allocation for profit, he shall turn over the land income included in the rent to the state. Specific measures shall be formulated by the State Council.
