University (FHSU), a Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run school, is a full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education to implement higher education, belonging to the second-level college of Zhengzhou University. Our college is the first full-time undergraduate college in Henan Province approved by the the State Council Academic Degree Office to implement overseas bachelor's degree education cooperation programs, offering foreign students education programs. In 2008, Zhengzhou University began to cooperate in the implementation of the education project to train graduate students.

Introduction of cooperative education project with Heisburg State University in Kansas, USA
In 2000, with the approval of the State Council Academic Degree Office, our college cooperated with FHSU Heisburg State University to implement the bachelor's degree education project. In 2006, our college successfully passed the qualification examination of Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools of the Ministry of Education.
In July 2007, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Sias International College of Zhengzhou University opened three degree programs, including business administration, finance, international economy and trade, and English. The program requires students to complete 124 credits recognized by China and the United States (including 82 credits from China,
