College students need to issue poverty certificates when applying for poverty subsidies. Materials required to apply for poverty certificate:

1, individual application

If you want to apply for poverty subsidy, you need to submit an individual application and a poverty application form first, and write clearly the reasons for family poverty to see if it meets the conditions of poverty subsidy.

2. Personal account page

Students who apply must have an account, and submit the original and photocopy of the personal account page. Some places also require the account page of the head of household.

Step 3 fill in the application form

After the application is made, the class teacher conducts a preliminary examination, issues an application form to eligible poor students, and fills in the application form.

4. Village-level certification letter

The village or neighborhood Committee issued a letter of proof of family poverty, and the reasons for poverty in the letter should be consistent with the individual application and the application form for poor students.

5, township certificate

Some of the poverty certificates issued also require the official seal of the township government.

6. Student Registration Form

To submit a student registration form, poor students must have a student status. If they don't have a student registration number, they can't apply.

7. Matters needing attention

The name of the lender is required on the poverty certificate, and it is exactly the same as the name on my ID card. It can't be replaced by homophones or irregular abbreviations, and there can't be typos. The name of the lender shall not be changed.

Steps to apply for state grants:

1, application process

Before September 30th every year, students apply to the school according to the basic application conditions and other relevant regulations. Students fill in the Application Form for National Grants for Ordinary Undergraduate Colleges and Higher Vocational Colleges according to their own actual conditions and hand it in to the school.

2. Assessment process

College student financial aid management institutions, in combination with the identification of the grades of students from poor families in our school, organize a jury to evaluate (generally divided into class evaluation and college evaluation), put forward a preliminary list of enjoying state funding and the level of funding, report it to the school leaders for research and approval, and file it before 1 15 every year.
