I. Training objectives

Institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions (hereinafter referred to as enrollment units) recruit graduate students in order to cultivate senior academic professionals who love the motherland, support the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s leadership, support the socialist system, abide by laws and regulations, have good moral character, have a sense of social responsibility to serve the country and the people, master solid basic theories and professional knowledge of this discipline system, have innovative spirit, innovative ability and the ability to engage in scientific research, teaching and management, and have strong practical problem-solving ability.

Second, the application conditions

(1) Persons who sign up for the national postgraduate entrance examination shall meet the following conditions:

1. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizen.

2. Support the leadership of the China * * * production party, have good moral character and abide by the law.

3. Physical health status meets the physical examination requirements stipulated by the state and the admissions unit.

4. Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications:

(1) Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (the nationally recognized undergraduate diploma must be obtained before September 1 of the year of admission). Including undergraduate graduates of adult higher education organized by ordinary universities and adult colleges, as well as undergraduates who can graduate through self-study exams and online education).

(2) Persons with a nationally recognized undergraduate degree.

(3) Persons who have obtained the diploma of higher vocational colleges recognized by the state for two years (from graduation to September of the year of admission 1, the same below) and above, have reached the same educational level as undergraduate graduates, and meet the specific business requirements put forward by the admissions unit according to the training objectives of this unit.

(4) Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications shall apply for the examination according to the equivalent academic qualifications of undergraduate graduates.

(5) Persons who have obtained a master's or doctoral degree.

Postgraduates must obtain the consent of the training unit before registering.

(two) to sign up for the national professional degree postgraduate entrance examination, according to the following provisions.

1. Those who register for the postgraduate entrance examination of Master of Laws (Illegal Studies) must meet the following conditions:

(1) meets the requirements in (1).

(2) My previous major was non-law major (graduates of law major [code: 030 1], graduates of law major at junior college level and graduates of self-taught law major are not allowed to enter the exam).

2. Those who sign up for the entrance examination for master of business administration, master of management, master of engineering management, master of tourism management, project management in master of engineering, education management in master of education, and professional degree in sports master must meet the following conditions:

(1) meets the requirements of items 1, 2 and 3 in (1).

(2) Persons who have worked for more than 3 years after graduating from university; Or a person who has more than 5 years of work experience after obtaining a diploma from a nationally recognized higher vocational college and has reached the same academic level as a college graduate; Or a person who has obtained a master's degree or doctoral degree and has more than 2 years of work experience.

3. Those who sign up for the entrance examination for graduate students with professional degrees other than Master of Law (Illegal Studies), Master of Law (Law), Master of Business Administration, Master of Management, Master of Engineering Management, Master of Tourism Management, Master of Engineering, Master of Education and Competition Organization in Master of Physical Education shall meet the requirements in (1).
