Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics is a college. Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics was founded in 1974, formerly known as Zhejiang Financial Bank School. With the development of reform and opening up, it has been renamed as Zhejiang Finance School, Zhejiang Finance College, Zhejiang Finance College and Zhejiang Finance College, and has been approved as a postdoctoral research mobile station, a doctoral degree awarding unit and a key construction school in Zhejiang Province.

By May 2020, the school has four campuses, namely Xiasha, Wenhua, Cuiyuan and Chang 'an, covering an area of 2,300 mu with a total construction area of 985,000 square meters. Among them, Xiasha campus covers an area of about 1200 mu. There are 16 colleges, 1 teaching departments, 1 independent colleges and 3 research institutes.
