Naval University of Engineering is a student who is awarded a rank after graduating from a military academy, depending on the position assigned to the primary command post. After graduating from college, he was awarded the rank of second lieutenant. College graduates will be appointed as deputy company commanders and awarded the rank of lieutenant. Graduates engaged in engineering and technology, graduated from junior college, are rated as professional and technical grade 14, and awarded the rank of professional and technical second lieutenant; University graduates are classified as professional and technical grade 13, and awarded the rank of professional and technical lieutenant. Most of those assigned to institutions of higher learning and scientific research to engage in teaching, medical care and scientific research are appointed as civilian cadres with the same technical level as professional and technical officers.
