The constitution of a university
Let's share how to fill in the volunteers first:

1. How to make full preparations for volunteering?

First, collect college information, understand the enrollment policy, be familiar with relevant regulations, and understand the enrollment regulations of colleges and universities;

The second is to inquire about the admission scores of relevant institutions and majors in each batch and the ranking of candidates in recent years;

The third is to understand the schools, majors and number of students enrolled in this province and city this year;

The fourth is to know the ranking of their usual scores and simulation scores in the whole province and city;

The fifth is to understand the results of my physical examination and fill in the schools and majors that need to be avoided.

2. How to reduce the crash phenomenon of volunteering?

First, it is tailored according to the usual scores and simulated scores of candidates, and compared with the professional admission scores and rankings of various schools in previous years;

Second, pay attention to leave room when reporting; And pay attention to the results of physical examination to avoid restricting majors;

Third, pay special attention to the phenomenon of "big and small years" in some schools and analyze the enrollment data in recent years in detail;

Fourth, pay attention to the feedback information from the test area and middle school after voluntary prediction. If there is a gathering phenomenon, it is necessary to adjust the reported volunteers.

3. How to avoid high scores, low scores or even falling off the list?

We should adhere to the following principles: 1, seek truth from facts and find our own position; 2. Fill in the volunteering grade; 3. The combination of unpopular and popular school majors; 4. Union of universities inside and outside the province; 5. Avoid schools and majors restricted by medical examination results. 6, each batch of school volunteers, professional volunteers to fill in, try to obey the professional adjustment.

4. How are the admission batches divided?

The Ministry of Education's "20 10 Regulations on Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities" stipulates: "The provincial recruitment committees should reasonably arrange the enrollment batches of colleges and universities according to the actual enrollment work in their respective regions. The enrollment plan of the same university at the same school level should be arranged in the same batch in principle; When necessary, different majors in the same university can be arranged in different batches belonging to the same academic level after consultation between the university and the relevant provincial admissions office; However, all enrollment plans of the same school, the same major and the same education level are arranged in the same batch in the same province (autonomous region or municipality), and the same tuition standard approved by the relevant departments is implemented. Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools in colleges and universities should be arranged in the same batch with other majors enrolled in the same region. If the number of admission batches arranged by colleges and universities changes compared with the previous year, the provincial admissions office should negotiate with colleges and universities in advance and then announce it to the public. "

According to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, starting from the point of view that it is conducive to the selection of talents in colleges and universities and the interests of candidates, the provincial and municipal recruitment committees are generally divided into the following batches:

Undergraduate approval in advance: institutions with special requirements. Generally, it refers to military colleges, armed police colleges, public security colleges (including public security majors in political and legal colleges), physical education colleges (including physical education majors in comprehensive universities), art colleges or majors, and some colleges and universities such as China Youth University for Politics, Institute of International Relations, Beijing Institute of Electronic Technology and Foreign Affairs College. Small language majors in some colleges and universities are also approved in advance.

The first batch of undergraduate courses: universities directly under the Ministry of Education, "2 1 1 Project" universities, key universities affiliated to the original ministries and commissions jointly established by the Ministry and the province, and universities (majors) approved to participate in this batch of admission.

The second batch of undergraduate courses: generally, they are provincial non-key undergraduate colleges.

The third batch of undergraduate courses: independent colleges and private undergraduate colleges approved by the Ministry of Education.

The first batch of majors: majors in higher vocational colleges, junior colleges and undergraduate colleges.

The second batch of majors: private colleges (higher vocational colleges) approved by the Ministry of Education.

Batch division shall be stipulated by the provincial recruitment committee according to the actual situation. Candidates can refer to the province's enrollment regulations, according to their own situation and the current year's college enrollment professional catalogue, and fill in the volunteers in the order of college (professional) admission batches. If candidates are unwilling or unsuitable to fill in a batch, they may not fill in the batch of volunteers.

Some schools have one, two and three books. What's the difference?

There are one or two books in the same school, usually with different majors, and some study in different campuses. Teachers, educational equipment environment, school quality and graduation certificate are generally not much different. Please consult the College Admissions Office for details. The three books are generally independent colleges, and the diplomas issued are independent colleges themselves, and the quality of running schools is different. Please note that the name of the enrollment institution is XX University or XX College of XX University, which is generally an independent college. The nature of a university will be clearly stated in its enrollment charter.

6. If the advance batch is filled in, but it is not accepted, will it affect the admission of other batches?

College enrollment is accepted in batches, and the previous batch is not accepted, which does not affect the voluntary admission of the latter batch.

7. What is the difference between school grades? What is the professional grade difference?

Poor school voluntary grading refers to the poor scores when enrolling non-first-choice candidates. For example, if a college stipulates that the difference in volunteer grade is 20 points, and the score of the first volunteer shift is 600 points, then the score of the second volunteer shift is 620 points. For colleges and universities with sufficient first volunteer students and prescribed volunteer grades, the Provincial Admissions Office will complete the filing of the first volunteer candidate according to the proportion of filing, and then file the second volunteer candidate with scores above the grade to the school according to the volunteer grade proposed by the university, which will be examined and accepted by the school.

Some colleges and universities stipulate the professional grade difference when assigning majors, and the professional grade difference refers to the difference in scores when recruiting non-first major candidates. For example, a school stipulates a professional grade difference of 4 points. When the school assigns majors, it subtracts 4 points from the scores of candidates who volunteer to fill in the second major, and ranks with candidates who volunteer to fill in the first major to determine the major. Some schools that do not stipulate the professional grade difference, when assigning majors, some adopt the principle of voluntary priority, that is, first meet the volunteer candidates of the first major; Some take the principle of giving priority to scores and give priority to candidates with high scores.

8. How can candidates avoid being dismissed?

The main reasons for the withdrawal of colleges and universities are: low total score; Low grades in single subjects; Limited physical condition; Professional disobedience to adjustment, etc.

In order to avoid retrogression, the following points should be noted:

First, understand the information of colleges and universities, especially the enrollment regulations and enrollment scores in recent years;

Second, do what you can, don't aim too high, leave room for volunteers, and refer to the average scores and rankings of professional admissions in various schools.

The third is to strictly control the relevant provisions of the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of College Admissions" and choose to avoid the majors that have not been admitted.

The fourth is to choose a wide range of majors and try to obey professional adjustment.

9. What about "parallel volunteer"?

The so-called parallel volunteer means that parallel volunteer is adopted for admission, and there is a parallel relationship between candidates' choices of A, B, C and D in the same position. That is to say, the previous "volunteer priority" is changed to "score priority", and the candidates who reach the minimum control score of batch admission will be searched by the computer in order from high score to low score for the volunteers of parallel colleges reported by each candidate.

For example, suppose there are four parallel college volunteers A, B, C and D in the first volunteer. After the candidates fill in the form in turn, they will first put the candidates' files into the A school filled by the candidates. The results are not enough, and the candidates' files are put into school B; Those who meet the conditions of B institutions will no longer file with C and D institutions. In this process, candidates will not be "discriminated" by B school because they put B school in the second position of volunteering, but compete with other candidates who reported B school in the first position, and they will be able to file smoothly when they reach the filing line. By analogy, as long as there are institutions that meet the filing conditions in the searched institutions, they will be filed with the school. File application completes the candidate's file application process, and the institutions will decide whether to admit after the file application.

If only the second volunteer belongs to parallel volunteer (that is, a small parallel or part of parallel volunteer), after the first volunteer files, the "free-to-file" candidates in the same batch are first sorted according to their scores from high to low, and then the volunteers of each candidate are found in turn according to the sorting. Once there is an institution that meets the filing conditions, it will be filed with the institution. For the single-recruit candidates, according to the voluntary order of colleges and universities in parallel volunteer reported by the candidates, the candidates apply to the colleges and universities with balanced plans and relatively high rankings.

At present, the parallel volunteer model implemented by various provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions is not consistent. Some provinces and cities implement all batches of parallel volunteer, and some provinces and cities only implement a certain batch of parallel volunteer. In some provinces and cities, parallel volunteer is only implemented in two choices of each batch, so there are so-called "big parallelism" and "small parallelism". But no matter what kind of parallel volunteer it is, its method and principle are the same. Candidates only need to fill in their volunteers according to the rules of parallel volunteer and their own reality.

10. What are the risks in parallel volunteer?

Compared with sequential voluntary reporting, parallel volunteer reduces the risk of voluntary reporting to a certain extent, but there are certain risks in parallel volunteer.

First, the current admission system is that the proportion of applications is between100% and120%, and the number of applicants exceeds the number of applicants. For example, if the proportion of file promotion in a university is 102%, then 100 candidates will definitely face the risk of quitting the file, and the closer the score, the greater the risk. (Assuming that the school doesn't increase the plan) Once a candidate is transferred, because parallel volunteer implements a round of filing and does not supplement the filing, the transferred candidate can only participate in this batch of voluntary filing, and reduce the score to solicit voluntary filing. Some provinces try out parallel volunteer 100% enrollment, and some colleges and universities promise not to withdraw their enrollment, all of which reduce the risk of candidates being withdrawn.

Second, because candidates overestimate their own strength, the results of the college entrance examination can't reach all the investment lines of parallel volunteer University, and they won't be invested at all, so there is no way to be admitted.

Third, although candidates have reached the school's filing score, they have not reached the reported professional score, and they do not obey the professional adjustment, so they still cannot be admitted. At the same time, the bidding of several other parallel schools has ended, and candidates still have the risk of losing the election.

Fourthly, there is no gradient among colleges and universities in parallel volunteer, and the success rate of filing will be reduced.

After the implementation of parallel volunteer in some provinces and cities, the main reasons for the dismissal of candidates after filing are low total score in college entrance examination, disobedience to professional adjustment, unqualified scores in single subject and unqualified physical examination.

1 1. What does it mean to agree to change your major? Will it be transferred to a major without plans in this province?

Due to the imbalance of candidates' professional volunteers, the enrollment of this major is uneven, some majors have planned vacancies, and some professional candidates are full. In order to complete the national enrollment plan, colleges and universities need to transfer the unsuccessful volunteers to the majors with unsatisfactory enrollment. Therefore, when filling in the volunteers, the column of "subject to professional adjustment" was designed, which was chosen by the candidates themselves. "Subject to professional adjustment" means that any major enrolled by this batch of colleges in this province can be admitted, but it will not be transferred to a major that the school has not planned in this province.

12. What do you mean by "only recruiting professional volunteers"?

"Only recruit candidates with professional volunteers" means that a major in a school only recruits candidates who have filled in their professional volunteers, and does not recruit candidates who have not filled in their professional volunteers. Even if candidates "obey professional adjustment", they will not be transferred to these majors.

13. What is recruiting volunteers? What should I pay attention to when reporting?

Solicitation (consultation) means that after each batch of admission, the provincial admissions office will announce to the public the number of institutions that have not been admitted and the remaining plans, so that candidates who have not been admitted and meet the score requirements can choose to fill in the report. When collecting voluntary reports, we should pay attention to the following five points:

1. Candidates who meet the score requirements and are not admitted can fill in the form;

2. Candidates should pay attention to timely understanding of the surplus and deficiency information of colleges and universities that have not completed the enrollment plan announced by the Provincial High School Admissions Office, and must complete the report within the specified time, and cannot fill in the report within the time limit;

3. Candidates who participate in the solicitation of volunteers must report to the colleges and obey the voluntary adjustment.

Candidates should consider avoiding the problem of "getting together" when collecting volunteers.

5. Candidates should choose carefully, for example, consider whether the remaining majors of the reported colleges can be admitted by themselves, and once they are admitted, they cannot retreat and shift gears.

14. What are the restrictions on college students' enrollment?

In recent years, previous students can't apply for military schools, national defense students, flying, maintenance, international relations, electronic science and technology colleges, etc. Candidates should be based on the "Enrollment Charter" and "Enrollment Professional Catalogue" of colleges and universities in that year.
