The times have given design companies new definitions and connotations, and they have higher requirements. Design companies can no longer be as tired of competition as before, and fight price wars for bidding, using various methods and tricks to pull business everywhere. Facts have proved that blindly lowering the price and competitive presentation can only lead to the design company struggling for survival, falling into the quagmire of hard work and unable to develop. However, due to immaturity and lack of communication, various problems such as process structure were encountered during design and production. The project that could have been completed in half a year was delayed for more than a year, and the company suffered heavy losses. This example is very common in China. With the constant standardization of the industry market, a large number of internationally renowned enterprises have entered the China market. Our design company can only change the status quo by strengthening its advantages, increasing service value, standardizing management and establishing equal and respectful cooperative relations with customers. Only in this way can enterprises become survivors after several years of stormy waves in the market.
