1. Go to the academic affairs office of the school or college to issue the student attendance certificate, and ask the relevant leaders to sign and seal it;
2. Take the stamped and signed proof of attendance to the school civil affairs office or security office (always similar to the school police station) to fill in the application for replacement of ID cards and bring the student ID card;
3. Reissue the application with the completed ID card and go through the formalities at the designated police station. If the lost ID card is a hometown ID card, and the registered permanent residence is already in the school, you need to take a new photo;
4. If the lost ID card is the ID card of the city where the school is located, this step can be ignored.
Take the payment record of the police station to the place where the photo is taken to take the photo of the ID card. You need to dress neatly, have no collar, and keep your hair above your eyebrows.
5. After getting your ID card, go back to the original police station and submit your photo certificate. If you need to apply for temporary id card, you need to pay again, and you will get the temporary id card at the designated place about one week later.
If you don't need temporary id card, go back to school and wait about 1 month. Your ID card will be mailed to the school security office or the civil affairs department, and you will be informed when it arrives.
