Is it difficult for high school students to study in Japan?
Nowadays, the number of students studying abroad is increasing. No matter high school students or college students, many of them want to receive a better education in Japan. Now let's see, is it difficult for high school students to study in Japan?

First, is it difficult for high school students to go to Japan for undergraduate studies?

1. Apply for a language school and decide what kind of university you can enter. The undergraduate admission rate of schools with good languages is 70%, while that of most universities is only 50%. Moreover, a good language university not only teaches Japanese, but also offers mathematics and comprehensive counseling courses, as well as special classes of the university.

2. To apply for a Japanese study visa, you need to have a primary Japanese certificate in China, such as E-F of J-TEST, CET-4 of NAT, or N5 of Japanese proficiency test.

In order to get this primary level, there is no problem for any training institution to study for three months. The key is to look at the training fee. Other application materials are relatively easy to prepare.

3. Come to Japan to study as a monk. In Chinese, Japanese graduate students refer to students who are taking pre-master courses in universities or departments. There is a difference between public universities and private universities in China when studying in Japan. Most private universities reduce tuition fees by 30%, so there is little difference, 500,000-900,000 yen a year, that is, 40,000-60,000 yen. However, Japan belongs to the country that allows the longest legal working hours among all countries studying abroad, and there are many kinds of scholarships in Japan with different amounts, so most students can apply.

4. Some majors in good public universities and top private universities need English scores. It is difficult to stay in science mathematics, but it is relatively easy to learn Japanese and synthesize. Studying 1 year and a half in a language school can basically reach N2-N 1.

It doesn't matter if you don't have that many three-month certificates of deposit, it's easy to get.

Second, do high school students have to go to a language school to study in Japan?

In fact, there are two ways for high school students to go to Japan for undergraduate studies. One is to go to a Japanese school and take the EJU study abroad exam, and the other is to go directly to the Japanese university department in China. The former is suitable for students who have no Japanese foundation, while the latter is suitable for students who have a certain Japanese foundation.

Let's talk about the first way, which is also the most routine and common choice, to enter a Japanese school (currently born in April 20). According to the actual progress of Japanese learning, decide the time to apply for EJU. In addition, most language schools in Japan not only teach Japanese courses, but also provide relevant guidance for EJU study abroad exams to help students enter universities smoothly (if it is necessary to strengthen course guidance and require specific teachers to attend classes, there will be an extra charge). The content of studying abroad in EJU is shown in the figure below.

Let's talk about the second way first. With the internationalization of Japanese universities, people who want to study abroad can take exams in their own country (Hong Kong) and get admission without going to Japan. At present, 130 colleges and universities have adopted the "pre-holiday admission ticket" system. Basic requirements for application: domestic education 12 years. According to different universities and majors, the Japanese level is best at N2 or J-test B level.

This system is for the convenience of China students who want to study in Japan. They can directly register for the EJU International Student Exam held in Hongkong, China, instead of going to Japan to take the EJU International Student Exam necessary for university study. After taking the exam, you can also directly submit the registration form and the required review materials to Japanese universities in China, go through the visa formalities for studying abroad, and then you can study in Japan.

The biggest advantage of this system is that it avoids transferring to Japanese schools, saves a lot of time and money, and facilitates students to get admitted to Japanese universities in China. However, the disadvantage is that students must have a certain foundation in Japanese, and they can only choose the schools they apply for according to the approved school list before the holidays, not all universities in Japan. According to the statistics in the 29th year of Heisei (20 17), there are 780 universities in Japan, including 86 national universities, 90 public universities and 604 private universities, as shown in the attached figure.
