The Working Committee of Student Associations of China Agricultural University, referred to as the Working Committee of Student Associations for short, is the organization responsible for the daily guidance and management of student associations under the guidance of the Youth League Committee. In line with the purpose of serving students and associations, the Youth League Committee guides student associations to carry out healthy and beneficial activities such as science and technology, literature and art, humanities, public welfare and sports. According to the characteristics of the majority of students, in order to enrich students' after-school life, prosper campus culture, and ensure the healthy and orderly development of students in our school. The Communist Youth League Working Committee regularly holds regular meetings of the heads of student associations, widely listens to the opinions of student associations, summarizes the work of student associations in the previous stage, and arranges the work in the next stage. In addition, the Youth League Committee is also responsible for conveying the spirit of the school to the student associations, reporting the situation of the student associations to the superior leaders, strengthening the contact and exchange between the student associations and the school, and expanding the influence of the student associations. Every year in mid-September, the Youth League Committee will mainly recruit the freshmen of that year, and absorb those outstanding students who are willing and able to serve the community into the fresh strength of our Youth League Committee. Organizational setup and functions of various departments of the Communist Youth League Working Committee

The secretary team of the Communist Youth League Committee has a secretary 1 name and four deputy secretaries, elected by the community congress; The Communist Youth League Working Committee consists of eight functional departments: office, finance department, activity department, mass media group, overall planning department, external liaison department, propaganda department and organization department. Ministers of all departments are selected for the whole school and supervised by the Youth League Committee.

The chairman's regular meeting chaired by Guo, the new secretary of the Communist Youth League Working Committee, was held in the Second Institute of Education on the evening of 20 10. This regular meeting was held for the first time after the first Congress of China Agricultural University Student Union. The new leadership of the Communist Youth League Working Committee and the heads of more than 60 student associations in the whole school attended the meeting.

One of the main contents of the meeting is to introduce the new leaders of the Youth League Committee, including the secretary team and department heads, so that the presidents can have a comprehensive understanding of the new composition of the Youth League Committee after the change of office and facilitate future exchanges.

Later, Secretary Guo introduced the theme of this semester's special activity-commemorating the first anniversary of President Hu Jintao's visit to our school. The presidents responded positively and said they would do their best.

Tian Shuo, chairman and executive deputy secretary of the Council of Societies, also made a speech on the reform and management of the Council of Societies this semester. He said that the internal members of the Council will be adjusted in the near future.
