In Melbourne, the qualified scores can be divided into P/C/D/HD, with more than 50 points passed, and the number of make-up exams and subjects are not limited. Some schools don't offer make-up exams (such as some subjects in the University of Sydney).

Subjects with a score of 40-49 can be retaken (previously, only two can be retaken). If the score is lower than 40, the course will automatically quit.
