It can provide more than 2,000 reading seats, and has four characteristic museums: the New Museum, the National Studies Museum, the Postgraduate Entrance Examination Museum and the Party History Museum.

The collection resources are mainly in economy, finance, accounting and so on. It also covers 22 categories, including politics, literature and art, with a collection of more than 857,000 paper books, 30,379 superstar e-books and 4,929 imaginative e-books.

The new library has six areas, namely, free community, leisure area, open reading area, periodical reading area, new book reading area and ladder reading area. Open space and comfortable booth are good places to study.
