Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws and regulations of the Ministry of Education, and in combination with the specific situation of undergraduate enrollment of Anhui Medical University.

Article 2 The name of the school is Anhui Medical University (GB code: 10366), referred to as Anyi University for short; English translation is AnhuiMedicalUniversity, and English abbreviation is AHMU.

Article 3 Anhui Medical University is a key university in Anhui Province, jointly established by the Ministry of Education, National Health Commission and Anhui Province, the first batch of high-level universities with local characteristics and the first batch of comprehensive reform pilot schools in Anhui Province. Level and type of running a school: public full-time ordinary colleges and universities.

Article 4 Certificate issuance: Those who meet the graduation requirements of this major within the specified time will be awarded the undergraduate diploma of Anhui Medical University; In line with the relevant provisions of the school's degree granting, the bachelor's degree certificate will be awarded to undergraduate graduates of ordinary higher education.

Article 6 The enrollment work of Anhui Medical University will fully implement the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Department of Education, follow the principle of "fairness, justice, openness and merit-based", take the candidates' college entrance examination results as the basis, comprehensively measure their morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor from high to low, and select the best candidates.

Organization and responsibilities

Article 7 Anhui Medical University shall set up a general higher education enrollment committee, which shall be responsible for implementing the policies of the Ministry of Education and the provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) on enrollment, and uniformly lead the enrollment of general college entrance examinations. Set up a steering group for enrollment in ordinary colleges and universities to guide the specific enrollment work on the spot.

Article 8 The Admissions Office of Anhui Medical University is a permanent organization that organizes and implements undergraduate enrollment, and is responsible for the daily work of undergraduate enrollment.

Article 9 Undergraduate enrollment of Anhui Medical University shall be conducted under the supervision of the Office of the Discipline Inspection Commission.

Enrollment plan

Tenth Anhui Medical University according to the needs of China's economic and social development. Combined with their own development planning, school conditions, employment status of graduates and other actual conditions, overall consideration of the number of college entrance examinations in provinces (municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions), the quality of students, regional coordinated development and key support policies, formulate enrollment plans for provinces and majors, and report them to the Anhui Provincial Department of Education for approval. Provincial and professional enrollment plans shall be subject to the announcement of the Ministry of Education and provincial enrollment institutions.

Access principle

Article 11 Under the unified leadership of the Anhui Provincial Department of Education, the enrollment work of Anhui Medical University is carried out under the organization of the enrollment committees of all provinces (cities, autonomous regions) in accordance with the principle of "the school is responsible and the provincial enrollment supervision".

Article 12 In accordance with the spirit of the latest document of the Ministry of Education and the documents of the provincial admissions authorities on enrollment work, we will strictly abide by the "eight basic requirements" and "thirty prohibitions" of enrollment work in colleges and universities, and conscientiously implement the "ten disclosures" of enrollment information.

Thirteenth candidates who enjoy the bonus policy shall be added to the archives according to the provisions of the Ministry of Education and the admissions department of the province (municipality directly under the central government and autonomous region) where the candidates are located.

Fourteenth provinces that implement parallel volunteer are admitted in accordance with the principle of parallel voluntary colleges in each province. In the provinces where parallel volunteer is not implemented, candidates are admitted in strict accordance with the school's voluntary admission, that is, the first voluntary candidate is admitted first, and the second voluntary candidate is considered when the first voluntary candidate is dissatisfied, and so on.

Fifteenth candidates in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region shall implement the admission rules of "enrollment plan 1: 1, and queue up for admission according to professional volunteers". The admission of the pilot provinces (cities, autonomous regions) for the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant documents for the enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities in this province (cities, autonomous regions) in 2022. Non-college entrance examination comprehensive reform provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) enter professional admission in the way of "score priority (including policy plus points)", and there is no difference in professional volunteer level. When enrolling majors, the results of the college entrance examination are used. Provinces without ranking results are admitted according to the ranking results. If the ranking results are the same, the candidates of literature and history will compare the scores of Chinese, liberal arts, foreign languages and mathematics in turn, and the candidates of science and engineering will compare the scores of mathematics, science, Chinese and foreign languages in turn. In the provinces that implement the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination, if the candidates have the same scores, the comparative order of the scores of related subjects is: Chinese, foreign language and mathematics.

Sixteenth candidates who can not meet the reported majors and obey the professional adjustment are randomly transferred to the majors with vacancy plans; Those who do not obey the adjustment will be dismissed. The comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination policies of provinces (municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions) allow the adjustment within the professional group, and the candidates who cannot meet the reported majors and obey the professional adjustment are randomly transferred to the majors with vacancy plans within the professional group. College entrance examination comprehensive reform province (city, autonomous region) policy does not allow professional adjustment, not adjustment.

Article 18 Considering the allocation of foreign language teaching resources in our school and students' future study and employment, it is suggested that non-English language candidates should not apply for our school.

Nineteenth physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities and the relevant supplementary provisions.

supplementary terms

Article 21 Our school does not entrust any intermediary agency or individual to enroll students, and does not charge any fees other than those stipulated by the state. Our school reserves the right to investigate the responsibility of institutions or individuals who carry out enrollment training, enrollment publicity and other activities in the name of our school. Candidates who do not provide electronic files by the provincial admissions department will not be admitted.

Twenty-second new students report for admission, the school will review their admission qualifications within three months. Those who fail the second interview will be dealt with according to different situations until they are disqualified. Anyone who finds fraud will be disqualified and reported to the Admissions Office of the province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) where the student is located.

Article 23 Tuition standard: Fees shall be charged according to document Wanfa revised price fee [2021] No.348 and document Wanfa revised price fee letter No.221. If the charging standard changes, it shall be implemented according to the latest charging standard approved by the competent price department of Anhui Province.

Article 24 Financial aid policies and related procedures for students from poor families: The school has established a diversified financial aid system including "awards, loans, assistance, diligence, compensation, reduction, exemption and compensation". Students from poor families can apply for all kinds of funded projects by submitting individual applications, class democratic evaluation, college and school approval, and at the same time, open a green channel for freshmen from poor families when they register, so as to ensure that every student from poor families can successfully complete their studies.

Article 25 If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies at higher levels, the national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies at higher levels shall prevail.
