During the two-month internship, I deeply realized the importance of teamwork and dared to show myself.
This internship provided me with unique learning methods and opportunities, which changed me from traditional passive teaching to active learning. Get rid of the rote learning mode and learn by doing instead, which enhances the ability of understanding, innovation and reasoning. Master the method of self-study, learn coherence and patience, and make work, study and life step into a systematic process; Mature way of thinking, clear logical norms. The improvement of these methods is life-long benefit. I think these two rare months have really made me understand the basic laws of work and study.
Under the guidance of company leaders, I also learned some business etiquette. During these two months' internship experience, I learned a lot of valuable knowledge that I couldn't learn in class, which really benefited me a lot. However, the ability to communicate with customers is not good enough, and I can't deal with emergencies calmly, which requires me to constantly improve and improve in my future work.
I will continue to learn more things in the future, and keep in mind the problems encountered in this internship experience, try not to make the same mistakes again and try my best! I have gained too much in this internship: 1. Have a more direct understanding of electronic technology, and have a more comprehensive understanding of amplifiers and rectifier circuits. Although I made a simple single-tube radio, compared with this, both the principle and the actual operation can only be regarded as pediatrics. 2. Have a further understanding of welding technology, a clearer understanding of welding technology and a better understanding of welding methods and skills. It's really a sense of accomplishment to watch our solder joints go from initial horror to final love. 3. The ability to analyze and deal with problems has made great progress. Because of the blind action at the beginning, we made many low-level mistakes, such as soldering components on the back of printed boards at first, soldering integrated blocks first and so on. With the progress of practice, we deeply realized the importance of preliminary analysis and planning, which I believe people who have not carried out such practical activities can't understand. 4. Our hands-on ability has been greatly improved, and we are aware of the gap between what we see and what we do, especially when we are sweating and trembling all over, only to realize that it is difficult not to shake our hands on the soldering iron. I have more experience in debugging and correcting electronic products. Our radio production is really unlucky. There was no response at all when I turned it on for the first time. We only analyzed a little, checked every solder joint, analyzed the wiring of the circuit board, and finally solved the problem perfectly. 6. This is of great help to cultivate the sense of teamwork. Although one hand is holding the soldering iron, there are many brains behind it to command and support it. Let's analyze the circuit diagram together and solve every problem in front of us. After a week's study, I feel that I have gained something in the following aspects: First, I have a preliminary and systematic understanding of the theory of electronic technology. We learned the welding skills of common components and circuit components, the design, production and technological process of printed circuit board diagram, the working principle of radio and the functions of components. This knowledge is not only effective in the classroom, but also of great guiding significance to the study of electronic technology courses in the future, and also has practical significance in daily life. Second, it is a great exercise for your practical ability. Experience is the mother of wisdom. Throughout the ages, all inventions have been tested by practice. If the hands-on ability is not enough, you can talk about making achievements in future scientific research, especially experimental research. During the internship, I exercised my hands-on ability and improved my ability to solve problems. For example, when assembling and debugging the radio, several gaskets were welded together with small spacing, but the task was still completed. Third, the internship course has taught us a lot of practical things that can't be learned in textbooks. By assembling a light-controlled alarm circuit, some circuit elements and their working principles and normal working detection can be applied in practice and extended. It not only enhances the practical ability, but also deepens our understanding and application of textbook knowledge. Really learn to discover, ask and solve problems independently, find out what the problems are in practice, and explain them with what you know, help each other with your classmates and make progress in discussion. Learned the basic welding technology, circuit detection and debugging, electronic product assembly technology, electronic components identification and quality inspection, the whole machine assembly technology. All these have cultivated our practical ability and rigorous work style, and laid a good foundation for our future work. Moreover, it should also be very useful for us to learn hardware in future computer courses. Through the training of electronics and electricity, I really learned a lot of knowledge and broadened my horizons. Through this electronic electrician training, I enhanced my hands-on operation ability. I remember when I was in high school, I helped to install a switch control circuit at home. Because the hands-on ability is not strong enough, the circuit is short-circuited. Fortunately, there was no major safety accident because the circuit was originally fused. And through this electronic electrician training, I have mastered more standard circuits than fluorescent lamp circuit installation, and learned a lot. I also learned some knowledge of low-voltage electrical appliances, and learned their specifications, models and usage methods. Through this electrician training, we have also cultivated our bold, cautious and cautious work style. Generally speaking, this internship is a very valuable experience, which makes us more exposed to practical problems in life and learn to simply investigate and deal with them, so as not to have no clue, which also plays a positive role in our future life and study. I hope there will be more practical courses like this in the future, so that practice and theory can be better combined. Students are required to master the correct use of electrocautery money to avoid accidental injury. Generally speaking, electrician training has also cultivated our standard work style and our team spirit of unity and cooperation.
