Regulations on the management of league members' files
In order to further strengthen the construction of grass-roots organizations in our school, improve the organizational life of the league, raise the awareness of the league members, and enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the league. According to the Constitution of the Communist Youth League of China and the reality of our school, these regulations are formulated.
Article 1 Freshmen must report to the League branch of each class with their ID cards and files, and report to the Youth League Committee after the League branch is concentrated, and transfer the relationship between the Youth League Committee and register. The Organization Department of the Communist Youth League Committee manages files in a unified way according to classes. After registration, the league members' files can also be loaded into the student status files, which will be managed by the league branch of each class.
Article 2 The Communist Youth League Committee shall make unified registration with the class league branch as the unit, number them according to the student ID number, make a roster of league members, and establish an electronic file of league members.
Article 3 Strictly and properly keep the league members' files, and it is strictly forbidden to borrow, copy or alter them without permission.
Article 4 Anyone who opens, copies or alters the league members' files without permission shall be given a warning until the league members are disqualified and recorded in the files.
Fifth freshmen lost files, must hold the original unit Youth League certificate, for the transfer of organizational relations. If the files of student league members are lost, you can go through the formalities after finding out the reasons.
