Architecture is an undergraduate major in Chinese universities. This major aims to cultivate the basic concepts of human settlements science and the idea of sustainable development to meet the needs of national construction.

Second, civil engineering.
Civil engineering is the general name of science and technology for building various land engineering facilities. It not only refers to the application of materials, equipment and technical activities such as survey, design, construction, maintenance and repair, but also refers to the object of engineering construction.
That is, all kinds of above-ground, underground or onshore engineering facilities that directly or indirectly serve human life, production, military affairs and scientific research, such as houses, roads, railways, pipelines, tunnels, bridges, canals, dams, ports, power stations, airports, offshore platforms, water supply and drainage, protection projects, etc.
Third, traffic engineering.
Traffic engineering is a subject that studies the layout and construction of railway, highway, waterway and air transportation infrastructure, vehicle application engineering, traffic information engineering and control, and transportation operation and management.
The authorized unit of its master's degree in engineering trains senior engineering and technical personnel engaged in the survey, design, construction and maintenance of railways, highways, ports, oceans, waterways and airports, the engineering of locomotives, automobiles, ships and airplanes, the engineering and control of railway, highway, waterway and aviation information, and the planning, operation and management of railway, highway, waterway and aviation transportation.
Discipline construction of Southeast University;
By March, 2023, the school had 39 first-class discipline authorization points for doctoral degree, 50 first-class discipline authorization points for master's degree, 5 national first-class key disciplines (covering 15) and 5 national second-class key disciplines.
1 national key (cultivation) discipline, 12 disciplines approved in the third phase of the dominant discipline construction project of universities in Jiangsu Province, 1 key sequence discipline in Jiangsu Province, 17 key disciplines in the 13th Five-Year Plan of Jiangsu Province, and 30 post-doctoral research stations.
