2. Good morning, everyone. I am XXX. First of all, I want to thank the company for providing me with this opportunity to show myself. Today, I'm running for the League branch secretary. In the face of so many excellent youth league candidates, I am actually quite nervous, and I feel a lot of competitive pressure. Although I have long working hours and lack of work experience, I still have confidence. During my school days, I joined the Propaganda Department of the School-level Marketing Association as the propaganda work, and was the learning department director of the College Spoken English Association. I organized various learning activities and won the title of excellent minister. These only represent the past, but they are also the cornerstones of my future development. Today, I participate in the election with the determination to work wholeheartedly for the Communist Youth League and serve everyone. I will stand on the enterprise's point of view, combine my past experience and the reality in the process of enterprise project construction, carry out the work of the Communist Youth League organization and contribute my own strength to the development of the Communist Youth League organization.

3. I have three ideas about the development of the Communist Youth League organization:

(1) Organize various learning activities to guide the youth of League members to focus on their work and strive to learn the knowledge and skills of various professional posts. As the old saying goes, there is no limit to learning the sea. There is no end to learning, but you should have fun in the process of learning. We should study in happiness and interest to achieve the best learning effect.

(2) Organize various cultural and sports activities to create a communication platform for everyone. Through such activities, we can communicate with each other in a relaxed atmosphere, enhance our feelings and promote unity.

(3) Organize various public welfare activities, establish a good image for the enterprise in the public while exercising the ability of the league members, and guide the youth of the league members to make unremitting efforts for the development goals of the enterprise.

Leaders, I think no amount of promises can compare with actual actions. I hope you will support me, give me the opportunity to serve you wholeheartedly, build a harmonious Communist Youth League organization for you and lead you to make progress together.
