Xijing University, located in Xi City, Shaanxi Province, is a private full-time ordinary university approved by the people of China and the Ministry of Education, and it is also a first-class private university in Shaanxi Province.

College was founded in 1994, then named as Xijing University, which is a full-time higher vocational college. In March 2005, it was upgraded to an undergraduate college with the approval of the Ministry of Education and renamed as Xijing College.
