Article 1 These Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education in order to ensure the smooth progress of enrollment, promote the scientific, procedural and standardized enrollment, increase the transparency of enrollment and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates.
Chapter II Introduction of Colleges and Universities
Article 2 yang-en university (code: 1 1784), located in the northern suburb of Quanzhou (Majia Town, Luojiang District, Quanzhou City), the starting point of the Maritime Silk Road, is a private full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education.
Article 3 yang-en university was founded in 1987 by Mr. Wu Qingxing, a patriotic overseas Chinese, and his family. It is the first private university in China with the qualification of issuing national undergraduate diploma and bachelor's degree. In 2008, it passed the undergraduate teaching level evaluation of the Ministry of Education with good results, and became the first private university in Fujian Province to pass the undergraduate teaching level evaluation. The school implements the strategic transformation of "taking system reform and connotation construction as the core" and cultivates compound applied innovative talents with reasonable knowledge structure, strong practical ability, high comprehensive quality, innovative spirit and entrepreneurial consciousness. At present, the school is moving towards the goal of "opening and internationalization" as a modern university.
Chapter III Organizational Structure
Article 4 The school shall set up an enrollment leading group, which shall be responsible for deliberating and formulating enrollment policies and plans, and studying and deciding on major issues in the enrollment process.
Article 5 As the permanent institution of school enrollment, the Admissions Office, under the leadership of the school enrollment leading group, implements the policies and regulations of the state and Fujian Province on enrollment, and is specifically responsible for the organization and implementation of school enrollment.
Article 6 The school discipline inspection and supervision department is responsible for supervising the whole process of enrollment.
Chapter IV Enrollment Plan
Article 7 The general undergraduate enrollment plan of the school in 2020 has been approved by the provincial education administrative department. For details of the enrollment plans of various majors, please refer to the candidate volunteer handbook published by the provincial enrollment department. The enrollment plan is announced to the candidates through the provincial enrollment authorities, school enrollment brochures, school websites and other forms.
Chapter V Enrollment Requirements
Article 8 English is the basic foreign language teaching in our school. School English and Business English majors only accept candidates whose language subjects are English in the college entrance examination. After being admitted to the school newspaper, students majoring in English and Business English also need to take an oral exam. Those who fail the interview will seek their own wishes to transfer to other majors.
Ninth candidates' physical requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities". Within three months after freshmen enter school, our school will re-examine their academic qualifications and physical condition according to relevant regulations. Those who do not meet the admission requirements or cheat will be disqualified.
Article 10 The enrollment ratio of male and female students in all majors of the school shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the higher education authorities.
Chapter VI Access Principles
Eleventh adhere to the principles of fair competition, fair selection, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.
Article 12 Shift principle
In principle, students in Fujian Province are admitted according to the ratio of 1: 1, and all students who obey the adjustment are admitted. Schools in other provinces consult candidates' files according to the relevant provisions of the provincial admissions department.
Article 13 Access Rules
1. When enrolling majors, adopt the method of "grade difference". The difference between the scores of the first professional volunteer and the second professional volunteer is 2 points, and there is no difference below the second professional volunteer. All candidates who apply for positions are lined up according to job scores, and they are admitted from high to low. If the professional volunteer can't be satisfied, if the major is adjusted, the school will adjust to the corresponding major according to the score. If the college entrance examination results are not up to professional volunteers and do not obey the adjustment, they will be dismissed. Special circumstances are decided by the school admissions Committee.
2. Candidates who enjoy the bonus policy will be given bonus points according to the provisions of the Provincial Education Examinations Institute. When the total score of the college entrance examination is equal, the priority admission policy takes care of candidates with extra points and candidates with high scores in English and mathematics subjects.
3. Admission of previous students shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Provincial Education Examinations Institute, and freshmen shall be treated equally.
Chapter VII Charging Standards
Article 14 Tuition and accommodation fees
1. Tuition
According to the Notice of Fujian Provincial Price Bureau and Fujian Provincial Department of Education on Relevant Issues Concerning the Management of Academic Education Fees in Fujian Private Undergraduate Colleges (Fujian Price Fee [2017] No.46), our school implements independent pricing. The specific costs are as follows:
(1) The tuition fee for the following majors is RMB 18000 yuan per academic year:
Marketing, news, industrial engineering
(2) The tuition fee for the following majors is 65,438 yuan+09,000 yuan per academic year:
Chinese language and literature, advertising, English, business English, network engineering, electrical engineering and automation, computer science and technology, electronic information engineering, law, human resource management, logistics management, business administration, economics, international economy and trade.
(3) The tuition fee for the following majors is RMB 20,000 per academic year:
Accounting, financial management, finance
2. Accommodation fee: 65,438 yuan +0.300 yuan per academic year (including fixed water and electricity fee: 5 kwh per student per month, 2 tons of water).
Chapter VIII Incentive and Subsidy Policies
Article 15 state incentives, assistance and loans
National scholarships and national inspirational scholarships funded by the government or the central government have been established to reward students with excellent academic performance; State grants have also been set up to provide state student loans to help students from poor families successfully complete their studies.
Article 16 School Scholarships
1. yang-en university has established various scholarships such as "Yang En Scholarship", "Wu Qingxing Scholarship", alumni scholarship, and various corporate scholarships.
2. Scholarships will be selected in the second week after the start of each academic year according to the procedures stipulated by the school.
3. The total amount of scholarships awarded each academic year shall be stipulated separately by the school.
Seventeenth national student loans for the campus.
1. Students with financial difficulties can apply for national student loans at school.
2. Conditions for applying for student loans:
A. family financial difficulties;
B. good academic performance;
C. Honest and trustworthy, law-abiding, and good conduct;
D abide by the relevant provisions of the national student loan, promise to use the loan correctly, and fulfill the repayment obligation according to the regulations.
3. The loan application materials to be provided are as follows:
A. Application for student loan (valid with signature and seal of parents);
B certificate of the applicant's family financial difficulties in the current year issued by the location of the family account (the civil affairs department of the township, town and sub-district office) (the original signed and sealed by the agent);
C. A copy of the student's resident ID card and the college entrance examination admission notice;
D. a copy of the student's household registration book and a copy of the parents' resident identity card.
4. Freshmen who apply for national student loans on campus shall provide the corresponding loan application materials to the Student Financial Assistance Management Center after the start of school, and then apply for registration after the school has passed the examination.
5. Students practise fraud and provide false materials and certificates when applying for loans. Once found out, the bank will pursue their legal responsibilities through legal means, and the school will immediately cancel their student status.
Article 18 Refund provisions
The refund for students who have dropped out of school shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice on Printing and Distributing [2065438+03] No.465438+0.
Article 19 Provisions on Students Joining the Army
After students register for school and obtain their school status, they respond to the call of the state to join the army and go through the formalities of retaining their school status with the notice of enlistment. Other matters shall be implemented according to relevant national and provincial policies.
Chapter IX Student Status Management
Article 20 Students who have completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan and completed all the teaching links within the learning period specified by the school and met the graduation requirements will be awarded the undergraduate diploma of general higher education by our school (electronic registration by the Ministry of Education). All students who meet the graduation requirements and the conditions for conferring school degrees will be awarded the corresponding bachelor's degrees by our school.
Chapter X Employment
Twenty-first students choose their own jobs after graduation, and the school employment guidance service center assists in recommendation. The main employment destinations of graduates of our college are: party and government organs, institutions, state-owned enterprises, private enterprises (foreign capital, joint ventures) and other non-public enterprises. Our school sends a batch of Selected Graduates to the country every year, organizes graduates to participate in national and local grass-roots employment projects, and sends outstanding graduates to the army, the western plan, the three support and one support plan and the community service plan.
Chapter II XI Supplementary Provisions
Article 22 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. After the promulgation of the articles of association, if the college entrance examination policy is adjusted, our school will formulate the corresponding admission policy according to the relevant local policies and announce it separately.
Article 23 The yang-en university Admissions Office shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Articles of Association.
