There is not much difference. The medical department in Tsinghua itself is not particularly good. The medical departments of Concord University are all eight-year programs, and the scores of Concord University are higher when they enroll students through Tsinghua system.

Peking Union Medical College has two undergraduate enrollment majors, one is clinical medicine and the other is nursing. When clinical medicine enrolls students in Tsinghua, it is necessary to fill in the "Clinical Medicine (Eight-year Program)" major in Tsinghua.

The nursing major is enrolled by Peking Union Medical College, and it should be reported to Peking Union Medical College when applying for the exam. In other words, if you want to apply for clinical medicine (eight-year program) in Peking Union Medical College, you have to apply for Tsinghua University. Originally, both of them were independent schools, but for various reasons, Peking Union Medical College failed to be included in the 985 or 2 1 1 key construction sequence;

In September, 2006, Peking Union Medical College and Tsinghua University implemented close cooperation in running schools, and "Peking Union Medical College-Tsinghua University Health Science Center" could be used as the second name at the same time. The school is still an independent legal entity and has entered the ranks of "2 1 1" and "985" projects.

From 2065438 to September 2007, Peking Union Medical College entered the ranks of first-class discipline construction units, and four disciplines including biology, biomedical engineering, clinical medicine and pharmacy were included in the ranks of key construction. But at present, the undergraduate students of clinical medicine are recruited by Tsinghua.
