The relocation and backfilling land reclamation project of Caofeidian Eco-city University Town is located in the north of the Eco-city, starting from Qiu Zhi Road in the east, reaching the east coast of qinglong river in the west, connecting Xingang Avenue-Tonggang Road-Bohai Avenue in the south and reaching the south bank of artificial river in the north. * * * It will be built in three phases, mainly including the campus of Hebei United University, part of the land used by Tangshan Industrial Vocational and Technical College and its surrounding land, the commercial supporting service area of the university town, the supporting infrastructure area and the supporting housing area for faculty and staff, with a total reclamation area.
