What should I do if I lose my university files?
The university file is lost. Find the file.

Go to the school to find the teacher in charge of archives to see the original records first. Generally, after graduation, files will be placed in three places:

1, see if the file has been returned to your native talent center;

2. Has it been transferred to the talent center where your account is located?

3. Are you still studying at school?

If you really can't find it, please reissue it according to the following information.

1. reissue the graduate registration form at the school employment guidance center:

(1) The student himself submits a written application to fill in the graduate student file (signed by the student himself, with the handprint, signed by the former counselor and deputy secretary of the former college in charge, and stamped with the official seal of the college, in duplicate;

(2) The student file should receive the certificate of "not receiving the graduate file" or "missing the graduate file" issued by the unit, and indicate that "due to the employment needs of students, please ask the school to reissue it" and affix the official seal;

(3) After being examined and signed by the Minister of Education and Industry, the graduates' registration form shall be received with the above materials, which shall be truthfully and carefully filled out by the students themselves and examined and sealed by the original college; With the graduation certificate issued by the Academic Affairs Office, go to the school office and affix the official seal.

2. Go to the school archives to copy the personal "Student Registration Card" and "Achievement Card" and affix the official seal of the archives;

3. Go to the Admissions Office to reissue the admission electronic file;

4. Go to the school hospital (or the people's hospital at or above the county level) for a physical examination and issue a "Physical Examination Form";

5. Go to the Student Affairs Office and the Youth League Committee to reissue various scholarships, outstanding student cadres (members) approval forms and other award-winning certificates;
