Key discipline with provincial characteristics: Food and Brewing Science and Engineering Since the establishment of 1984 food engineering specialty, the school has continuously trained nearly 3,000 graduates and more than 300 graduate students majoring in food, fermentation and other light industries for Guizhou Province and the whole country. Graduates are distributed all over the country, and some have gone abroad for further study. By cultivating outstanding graduates, they have become senior and middle-level technical and management talents of well-known enterprises such as Kweichow Moutai (Winery) Group Company, Hangzhou Wahaha Group Co., Ltd. and Guiyang Nanming Laoganma Food Co., Ltd., which has made positive contributions to the social and economic development of the country.
