Guangdong University of Finance and Economics 20 17 Graduate Employment Plan and Archives Work Notice

According to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education and the reality of our school, the relevant matters of the 20th17th postgraduate are hereby notified as follows. The following is the notice of Guangdong University of Finance and Economics on doing a good job in the employment plan and archives work of the 20 17 graduates. The full text is as follows:

First, report the employment plan.

From now until June 4, please pass the training units? Guangdong University Students Employment Online? (abbreviation? Employment online? )? Secondary customers submit employment plans? Function, report the employment plan. For specific methods, please refer to 20 17 Matters needing attention in applying for employment scheme (annex 1).

Before June 27th, every graduate should report the corresponding employment plan.

On June 5th, the system was temporarily closed, and graduate department reviewed the employment plans submitted by various training units and reported them to the Employment Guidance Center of Guangdong University Graduates. After reopening, each training unit will organize the declaration work by itself.

On June 27th, the employment plan was submitted, and the employment rate reporting function was still open.

Second, suspend employment.

1. Processing object

2065438+2007 college graduates who have obtained graduation qualifications can apply for suspension of employment.

Students who have signed employment agreements (contracts) and gone through complete admission procedures (obtained admission notices), students of foreign origin, students who cannot graduate normally, and students who apply for going abroad (including leaving the country) before entering the country for further study and graduation (those who have obtained visas or endorsements) cannot apply for suspension of employment.

2. Number of years of suspension of employment

201July 2007 to 201June 30, 2007

3. Archives and account management

If the employment is suspended successfully, the registered permanent residence is in the school (except for graduates whose registered permanent residence has not moved into the school), and the files are kept by the Employment Guidance Center of Guangdong University Graduates. Valid from July, 2065438 1 day to June 30, 2009.

4. Procedures for applying for suspension of employment:

Graduates who apply for suspension of employment shall submit an application form for suspension of employment of 20 17 master graduates to the training unit (annex 2). After being approved by the training unit, the training unit should complete the' filing' of the relevant employment plan before June 4, and will not accept it after the deadline.

On June 5th, each training unit submitted the summary table of 20 17 graduate students' suspension of employment (Annex 3) to the Graduate Office, which was signed and sealed by the manager and person in charge.

Third, transfer

Starting from this year, graduates who have signed employment agreements with employers and obtained complete admission certificates will not be adjusted in principle. Graduates really need to adjust their employment plans due to special circumstances, and the students themselves should go to the management section of our bureau to handle it. The time limit for reassignment is adjusted from one year after graduation to two years after graduation, that is, the time for undergraduate graduates to handle reassignment starts from July 20 1 20 19.

The new graduates will be reassigned for the first time on July 7th (the same day). After that, it will be the morning of the last Tuesday (the same day) of each month (holidays will be postponed).

Fourth, the initial employment rate.

The deadline for the initial employment rate statistics is August 28th. From now on, please ask all training units to go all the time? Employment online? Secondary customers? Employment rate report? This module reports the employment information of graduates of this training unit. Please fill in the employment information of graduates truthfully, accurately and completely according to the requirements of relevant documents. All employment information must include company contact person, contact telephone number, organization code and other information, and make sure that you can get in touch with the contact person and check their employment information, otherwise it will be rejected as irregular data when sorting out the data.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) is put forward

From July 1, all training units will organize files as required. The specific time will be announced separately.

When reporting the employment plan, all training units should also collect the address information of files, fill in the address bar of confidential files (within the province) (Annex 4) and the address bar of confidential files (outside the province) (Annex 5) respectively according to the province and outside the province, and submit the electronic version to the Graduate Office when sorting out the files.

Important matters of intransitive verbs

Before June 27th, every graduate student should report his employment plan.

1. The contract has been signed and the receiving procedures are complete: submit the employment agreement, report the employment plan according to the agreement, and send the files according to the receiving unit;

2. Handling temporary employment: the nature of dispatch is changed to? Apply for suspension? , the file is transferred to the employment guidance center for college graduates in Guangdong Province;

3. further education: submit the admission notice and change the nature of dispatch to? Further study? There is no registration card, and the file is sent to the accepted school.

4. Before June 27th, the work was not implemented, and the termination of employment was not handled: it was sent back to the place of origin in a unified way, and the files were sent back to the place of origin;

5. Can't graduate normally: the nature of dispatch is changed to? Not included in the employment plan? .
