Brief Introduction of China University Women's Football League
China University Women's Football League is jointly sponsored by China University Sports Association and China Football Association of the Ministry of Education, aiming at promoting the development of women's football in China, promoting the development of women's football in colleges and universities, and cultivating outstanding football reserve talents. It is the second largest women's football match outside the National Women's Football League. In fact, many teams are mostly composed of retired or active professional players or sports talents, or even the whole professional team. Therefore, since the China University Women's Football Championship in 2007 at the latest, it has been divided into Group A and Group B (professional group), and professional players can only participate in Group B. The initial women's football league, that is, the Chinese University Football League, was sponsored by Philips China Electronics Group.
