He is currently the president of Nanjing Industrial Vocational and Technical College, and once served as the director of graduate department of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications and the director of Control and Intelligent Technology Research Center of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. 1997 graduated from School of Automation, Southeast University, with a doctorate in automatic control theory and application.
