The first one is to eat midnight snack, which is a common phenomenon of many students. But as we all know, eating midnight snack has many hazards, as follows:
1. causes gastrointestinal diseases, thus affecting sleep.
2. If you consume too much energy, or a series of functional nutrients such as carbohydrates, it is easy to form fatty liver after a long time.
3. It is easy to make people fat and produce a series of metabolic problems, such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hyperuricemia.
It may even lead to diabetes.
Therefore, it is recommended to maintain the pattern of three meals a day.
Secondly, I didn't form the good habit of eating breakfast. I often sleep late, and sometimes I don't eat breakfast in order to sleep more. Harm of skipping breakfast: 1. Blood sugar drops: Under normal circumstances, after a night's sleep, nutrients have been exhausted. Skipping breakfast may cause the body's blood sugar to be unable to be replenished in time, resulting in low blood sugar and may be slow to respond. In severe cases, hypoglycemia may occur, resulting in pallor, palpitation, trembling and other discomfort;
2, get fat: not eating breakfast can not only help lose weight, but also may lead to rebound obesity. Because skipping breakfast will produce a strong sense of hunger, which will increase the amount of food at noon and at night, which is more likely to lead to obesity;
3, susceptible to gallstones: bile in the gallbladder can be discharged in the gallbladder under the stimulation of food, without breakfast, and no food stimulates gallbladder contraction, which may lead to bile not being discharged, and long-term bile accumulation may produce gallstones and biliary colic;
4, prone to gastrointestinal diseases: the stomach continues to secrete gastric acid at night, long-term skipping breakfast will lead to no food to neutralize and consume gastric acid in time, and may cause abdominal pain, acid reflux and so on. It may lead to the long-term destruction of gastric mucosa and cause gastritis, gastric ulcer and other diseases;
The last one is to eat snacks often, and sometimes snacks even replace dinner. This is not good, eating snacks will make people fat, and it will also lead to malnutrition, decreased energy and insomnia.
We should learn to resist the bad eating habits of contemporary college students. Only by controlling our own diet can we have a healthy body.
