Every year, the College undertakes more than 60 projects entrusted by national and provincial ministries and enterprises, including major projects, key projects and general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, outstanding youth fund (Class B) projects, major basic research projects of "973", major basic research pre-research projects funded by the Ministry of Education, key teachers' projects and doctoral programs, natural science fund projects of Liaoning Province and projects entrusted by enterprises, etc., and the annual research funding is about 8 million yuan. He won 7 provincial science and technology awards, published more than 100 papers in important magazines and international conferences at home and abroad every year, and more than 80 papers were included in SCI. In 2005, he applied for the National Natural Science Foundation 16, ranking first among all colleges and departments in the school.
