Payment is entirely voluntary, and the school community is a non-profit organization, whose main responsibility is to provide a platform for students to develop exchanges. The school will provide funds for community activities every year, and community organizations can also apply for funds from the school. Therefore, the association has no right to charge its members. This is against campus regulations.
