Nanjing Audit University is the only full-time undergraduate college named after "audit" and one of the birthplaces of audit higher education in China. In 2002, the former Nanjing Institute of Finance merged. The Party School of the National Audit Office and the Audit Cadre Education College of the National Audit Office are located in Pukou Campus.
