Article 6 Enrollment scope: Undergraduate students are enrolled nationwide (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). All enrollment plans and charging standards shall be announced to the public by the admissions offices of all provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions, and candidates may make inquiries to the admissions offices of all provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions.
Chapter III Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Chapter IV Access Principles
Article 10 The enrollment policies and relevant regulations formulated by the Ministry of Education and the admissions offices of provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions shall be implemented, and the principle of "comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence and physical fitness and selection of the best candidates" shall be implemented. Under the condition that the candidates are fully qualified morally, intellectually and physically, fair competition and fair admission will be conducted based on the results of volunteering and cultural examinations.
Eleventh candidates within the scope of adjustment shall line up from high score to low score according to the principle of total score priority. When the score does not reach the first professional volunteer admission score, it depends on whether it reaches the second professional volunteer admission score, and so on until the last professional volunteer is admitted. Professional volunteers are not graded.
Article 12 If the number of local first-choice candidates above the filing control score does not meet the enrollment plan, the school will recruit non-first-choice candidates, and the actual college entrance examination scores of non-first-choice candidates shall not be lower than the average score of the first-choice candidates who have already filed. The school collects the files of non-first volunteer candidates in turn according to the order of voluntary reporting, and gives priority to the candidates whose majors are subject to voluntary reporting. In the division of majors, according to the results of the college entrance examination and referring to the scores of candidates' single subjects, they are assigned to majors whose enrollment plan has not been completed until they are all admitted. In the case that the total score of the college entrance examination is the same (excluding extra points), candidates with high scores in Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages are given priority when arranging majors.
Fifteenth Jiangsu candidates are sorted according to the scoring rules after scoring and decide whether they can be admitted. Care points are not considered when enrolling majors. The selected subjects and results shall be subject to the announcement of the enrollment plan.

Article 18 The winners who participated in the 9th Innovative English Composition Contest of College Admissions magazine reported to Nankai University for the first time, and the scores of college entrance examination reached the local promotion line of Nankai University.
