Zhang Wenxin, Han nationality, born in June, 1962, 1 1, a native of Qingzhou, Shandong Province, was born in 1986, party member. I graduated from the Education Department of Shandong Normal University with a master's degree 1992. 1998 graduated from the Institute of Developmental Psychology, Beijing Normal University, Ph.D..

He used to be a professor of psychology and doctoral supervisor in the School of Psychology of Shandong Normal University, dean of the School of Psychology of Shandong Normal University, director of academic committee, and a Taishan scholar.
