Summarize our experience and practices in guiding the innovative activities of college and technical secondary school employees, specifically as follows: 1. Renew ideas and enhance the innovative consciousness of college and technical secondary school employees. At present, the innovation ability of college and technical secondary school employees in most enterprises is obviously insufficient. For enterprises, to change this situation, we must emancipate our minds, renew our concepts and overcome the old and closed ideological education mode around the central task of economic construction. In order to strengthen the innovative consciousness of college and technical secondary school employees, the Youth League Committee of our factory focuses on two aspects: first, to carry out post responsibility awareness education activities, aiming at the characteristics of wide distribution of posts of college and technical secondary school employees, and to take the form that each League branch is responsible separately and the Youth League Committee of our factory conducts regular dynamic inspections. The theme of post responsibility consciousness education is to stand on one's own post, be brave in innovation and surpass one's post. Through education, the sense of responsibility of most college and technical secondary school employees has been obviously enhanced, and the atmosphere of loving their posts and being dedicated to their work has gradually formed. In the past, there was a strange phenomenon in the innovation activities of young workers in our factory, that is, people who often won prizes in technical competitions were often not the protagonists of innovation in their own units. The reason is that they have not effectively put what they have learned into practice. In view of this situation, we promptly organized the Youth League branch to strengthen the study and training of young workers from both practice and theory. On the premise of young workers' innovative consciousness, it is necessary to cultivate both the theoretical level of innovation and the practical ability of innovation. At the same time, we also pay special attention to combining the cultivation and improvement of teenagers' innovative ability with various effective activity carriers, such as teenagers' reading activities, on-the-job training, technical competitions and QC innovation. For example, Chai Jianzhong, the director of the maintenance branch, has been working hard step by step to fulfill his duties since he was assigned to our factory after graduation from 1998 Jiaozuo Institute of Technology. He is never soft on safety and strives for perfection in operation. He has been rated as a model team leader of companies and factories for many times. Li Hongfeng, the monitor of the boiler maintenance class in the maintenance branch, took the lead in overcoming difficulties such as harsh working environment and difficult operation, and risked high temperature, high pressure and aerial work to complete the boiler maintenance and emergency repair tasks with high quality again and again.
