According to the relevant provisions of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Open Recruitment of Staff in Provincial Institutions in Heilongjiang Province (Heishefa [2011] No.68), it is planned to openly recruit staff for the society through school research, and the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the school profile

Northeast Agricultural University was founded in Harbin 1948. Formerly known as Northeast Agricultural College, it is the first ordinary agricultural institution of higher learning founded by China Production Party in the liberated areas. Three. Recruitment conditions and treatment

6. The following persons are not allowed to register:

① Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes, reeducation-through-labor personnel who have received administrative punishment, and those who have been expelled from public office; (2) Being recognized as cheating in the exam by the competent department in various recruitment processes.

(2) Enjoy treatment

In the remarks column of the recruitment plan, the identity of the personnel employed in the post is marked, which is divided into two types, one is "career establishment" and the other is "personnel agency". The treatment of two identities is as follows:

1, "career establishment" post: the successful candidate enjoys the corresponding treatment of the staff of public institutions and school career establishment personnel stipulated by the state and our province.

2. 3. Preventive measures

(1) Candidates use the second-generation ID card to register, and the ID cards used for registration and examination must be the same.

(2) The photos uploaded by the candidates must be certificate photos with a blue background, a white background or a red background, and photos of life and scenery will not be reviewed.

(3) The ratio between the number of applicants for the same position and the number of recruits shall not be less than 3: 1. Those who fail to reach the prescribed registration ratio may enter the examination procedure after being approved by the provincial department of human resources and social security.

(4) Examination time

Examination time: It will be conducted at any time according to the registration situation, and the employing department will inform you in advance.

(5) Examination

Candidates with a master's degree or above are required to conduct written examinations and interviews; Candidates for doctoral positions directly participate in the interview. The assessment of "personnel agency" contract employment also refers to this method.

(1) written test:

The written test adopts a 100-point scoring method, which mainly examines the necessary professional quality, professional knowledge and business ability of the recruitment position. According to the written test scores from high to low, press 1: 3 to determine the interview candidates. If there is a tie, the candidates for the interview will be expanded accordingly.

(2) Interview:

The interview adopts a 100-point scoring method, and according to the needs of different recruitment positions, the assessment methods such as structured interview, trial lecture, defense and practical operation are adopted respectively. Those whose interview scores are lower than 60 points are unqualified and will not be hired.

(3) The total score is calculated as follows:

Applicants for master's degree or above:

Total score = (written test score ×50%)+ (interview score ×50%)

Candidate for doctoral position: total score = interview score.

The total score is converted to two decimal places.

(four) according to the total score of candidates from high to low to determine the physical examination and assessment candidates. If the total scores of candidates are tied, the one with the highest interview score is preferred.

(6) Physical examination

Organize physical examination of candidates, with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants. Those who pass the physical examination can be employed, and those who fail the physical examination will not be employed.

(7) Evaluation

Examining the ideological and political performance, moral quality and work performance of candidates who have passed the physical examination, and re-examining their qualifications. Those who fail the exam will not be hired.

(8) Publicity

Candidates who pass the physical examination and assessment shall be publicized on the website of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for 7 working days after being approved by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. Upon the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection, a graduate employment agreement or career transfer letter will be signed and reported to the relevant departments for approval according to the cadre (personnel) management authority. Students who fail to obtain graduation certificates and degree certificates on time will be disqualified from employment.

(9) Probation period

The probation system is implemented for new recruits, with a probation period of 6 months (the internship period for fresh graduates is one year), and those who pass the probation period are officially hired; Unqualified, cancel the employment.

(10) disciplinary requirements

The discipline inspection and supervision department shall supervise the whole process of the examination, and severely deal with the relevant personnel who violate the examination discipline, engage in malpractices for selfish ends and affect the fairness and justice of the examination, and give corresponding punishment according to the seriousness of the case.
