Girls are mainly in the seventh canteen.
The seventh canteen is located on the east side of the north-south main road of the school, between Building 6 and Building 7. Now it seems to be renamed "Qingfen Garden", and for a while it was renamed "student-style restaurant". The location of No.7 canteen is superior, and it is close to the teaching area. Moreover, buildings 5, 6, 7 and 8 were all girls' buildings in Tsinghua at that time, and most of them went to No.7 canteen to eat.
So the seventh canteen is often overcrowded. However, canteen 7 is quite innovative. I remember reporting many reform measures of the old headmaster. For example, in 1993, for the first time, a separate area was set aside in the canteen to make a restaurant, where you could order food and sell beer and drinks, and the business was booming. Later, various canteens followed suit.
Another example is canteen No.7, which was the first to transform the surrounding area into an independent kitchen to produce various flavors and specialties. Now, the "steamed stuffed bun" and "spicy incense pot" that everyone is still talking about are the signs of the No.7 canteen.
