Graduates who implement their work units during the suspension of employment shall go through the formalities of registered permanent residence migration with the Employment Registration Certificate of college graduates issued by the employment department of the public security organ and the acceptance certificate of the competent department of the employing unit; After the expiration of the suspension of employment, graduates who have not implemented their work units may move their accounts back to their original places of residence according to relevant regulations.

4, registered permanent residence in the school of the former agricultural registered permanent residence graduates, requirements will be moved back to their original places of residence, and requirements to restore the nature of agricultural registered permanent residence, can be handled. In order to properly handle the problem after "non-conversion to agriculture", the opinions of the township or village committee where the application for "agricultural registered permanent residence" is located should be sought in advance.

5. Graduates who have not gone through the formalities of "transferring to the city" in registered permanent residence at the time of admission will move out of their accounts after the implementation of the work unit, and the public security organs at the place where they moved out after the formalities of "transferring to the city" will take the nature of "non-agricultural" accounts.
