From the educational level,
First, undergraduate education is also included in the national enrollment plan (unified examination) and independent enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities. At present, most of the master's programs in Sino-foreign cooperative education are like this. There is also a master's degree program in Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools, which is a dual-degree program, awarding master's degree certificates from foreign universities or applying for master's degree certificates from domestic universities. At the same time, students studying in the Ministry of Education can also do academic degree certification. (For example, university of international business and economics cooperated with the University of Paris I and the French National Foundation for Enterprise Management Education to organize the Master of Enterprise Management Education Project).
The third is doctoral education. At present, there is only one level of doctoral education. After graduation, the doctoral degree certificate of foreign universities will be awarded, and the Ministry of Education will do academic degree certification; (For example, China Renmin University and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University jointly organized a doctoral degree education program in management).
From the main body of running a school
First, Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools (such as Wenzhou Ken University and unnc University);

Generally speaking, the cooperative educational institutions in China's mainland and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and the cooperative educational projects in China's mainland and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan also belong to Sino-foreign cooperative education. The examination, approval, evaluation and management of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools are generally the responsibility of the Department of International Exchanges and Cooperation of the Ministry of Education.
Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is a public welfare undertaking and an integral part of education in China. The state implements the policy of opening wider to the outside world, standardizing running schools, managing according to law and promoting development. The state encourages the introduction of foreign high-quality educational resources and the development of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools. The legitimate rights and interests of Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools and Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools are protected by the laws of China. Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools shall enjoy preferential policies prescribed by the state according to law and independently carry out education and teaching activities according to law. Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools must abide by the laws of China, implement China's educational policy, conform to China's morality, and shall not harm China's national sovereignty, security and social interests. Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools should meet the needs of China's educational development, ensure the quality of education and teaching, and devote itself to training all kinds of talents for China's socialist construction. Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools may jointly establish educational institutions of all levels and types. However, institutions that implement compulsory education and special education such as military, police and politics may not be established. Foreign religious organizations, religious institutions, religious institutions and religious personnel shall not engage in cooperative education activities in China.
