According to the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools, Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools usually refers to educational institutions jointly organized by foreign educational institutions and China educational institutions in China, which mainly recruit China citizens. From the way of running a school,

First, academic education projects must pass the unified entrance examination, fill in the volunteers, and obtain diplomas issued by Chinese and foreign schools after graduation (such as the Master of Management Education Program jointly organized by Tsinghua University and Australian National University).

First, it is a non-academic education project. You don't need to fill in your volunteers, but you can take the entrance examination held by the school yourself. After obtaining the corresponding credits, the China school was admitted to the cooperative school after passing the language test, and after graduation, it obtained the graduation certificate issued by foreign schools (for example, China Agricultural University and Marriott Laurenstein Vakhnin Gen University in the Netherlands (formerly Laurenstein International Agricultural College in the Netherlands) jointly organized non-academic programs in horticulture).

Note: Non-academic education projects that have not passed the examination and certification of the Ministry of Education will not be recognized.

From the educational level,

First, undergraduate education is also included in the national enrollment plan (unified examination) and independent enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities. (For example, China Agricultural University cooperated with the University of Colorado at Denver and the Health Science Center to organize an undergraduate education program for communication majors, with 50 students taking unified examinations and 50 students enrolling independently. )

Second, master's degree education, taking the independent entrance examination organized by colleges and universities, students can obtain the master's degree certificate of foreign universities after completing all the courses and meeting the graduation conditions; Academic degree certificate The Ministry of Education can do academic degree certification; China University Diploma. At present, most of the master's programs in Sino-foreign cooperative education are like this. (For example: MBA degree program jointly organized by university of international business and economics and Seattle City University)

There is also a master's degree program in Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools, which is a dual-degree program, awarding master's degree certificates from foreign universities or applying for master's degree certificates from domestic universities. At the same time, students studying in the Ministry of Education can also do academic degree certification. (For example, university of international business and economics cooperated with the University of Paris I and the French National Foundation for Enterprise Management Education to organize the Master of Enterprise Management Education Project).

The third is doctoral education. At present, there is only one level of doctoral education. After graduation, the doctoral degree certificate of foreign universities will be awarded, and the Ministry of Education will do academic degree certification; (For example, China Renmin University and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University jointly organized a doctoral degree education program in management).
