As of 20 12, Shenzhen University has two campuses, Houhai and Xili, with a total campus area of 2.9 square kilometers.

The old campus 1.44 square kilometers is located in Nanshan Peninsula, Shenzhen, facing Houhai and Hong Kong. It is one of the top ten historic buildings in the special economic zone and won the first prize of national campus architectural design. The new campus 1.46 square kilometers is located in Xili University Town.

As of July 2007, Shenzhen University has 27 teaching colleges and 90 undergraduate majors. Shenzhen (Houhai, Xili) and Shanwei (Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone) (to be built), with a total campus area of 4 100 mu and Houhai campus area of 1.34 square kilometers; Xili Campus 1.38 square kilometers was officially put into use on February 201July. At present, Shantou street is being selected, and it is planned to be put into use at the end of 438+09 in 2065.
